It's easier to insult me than to criticise the club. I get that and some people find it hard to express themselves. I don't retaliate and will mostly ignore insults thrown at me as I know it's not really me they are angry with. We are all Saints fans here and all want the club to succeed on the pitch - we just express ourselves in different ways and that is fine. I don't critise other posters

Maybe take it here guys >> http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?56987-Thread-for-insulting-other-posters&highlight=Insult#.V8bznsR4WJI

Remy and Bony will score you goals and that's why we should be looking at the type of player - not exclusively..... But you can sign the Pierre horjberg's with one eye on a profit in 2 years but you could and can also be flexible when proven premiership quality becomes available? Since when has signing proven premiership players become an odd thing to do?

Are you a fan of SFC or our bank balance? You can take all things into consideration Dalek. I'll let you vote out of 20? 17/20? Jokes

How do people rate our transfer window so far? I'm 4.5/10
-
About £4m for the season (maybe less as Man City might subsidise) About the cost of our gamble on Juanmi last season
-
That's right Delldays is now Batman I was Bournemouth Saint then Glasgow Saint (following a move) then left Glasgow for a secondment overseas and potentially on the move again in November so just changed name to Heisenberg Avoided me being Bournemouth Saint Glasgow Saint Geneva Saint NYC Saint Monaco Saint HTH

We seem to have more ambitions off the field than on it. Making a profit seems to be more important than winning something or finishing top 6 again. While Bony and Morgan would be great they offer little re-sale value and that's all we seem motivated by. We are far weaker now than we were in May but hey ho we have made a tidy transfer profit

FFS is Leslie on a suicide mission this summer? How has he managed to **** up so badly this summer? Unbearable to watch us chuck away the opportunity we had and the momentum from last season. Saying that the window is still open and we've had decent deadline surprises before. Keep the faith in Les we trust
-
Leave the guy alone - you're a bully.
-
Agree with all of that BUT the window is NOT closed yet. Les will deliver I am strangely confident today
-
Bony to Stoke
-
Spot on. However the transfer window hasn't closed yet and Les won't let us down - would he?
-
Bournemouth would be my guess. Play the right kind of football and gets Jack out of London for a few months.
-
Just have a feeling Les will surprise us. With the money available and the Europe campaign think we will get a decent signing in today. We do our business quietly so wouldn't be surprised if it's a signing nobody has been talking about
-
OK some quick maths to see what's in Les pockets for today.... Transfer budget 2016/17 +£20m Player sales +£65m Players in -£40m Agent fees and other transfer related expenses -£15m Balance = £30m I think we will get a nice surprise today, 1 BIG transfer or two more around the 10/15m each Exciting day for sure

And took the black box with him?
-
I'm hoping for at least one more. Transfer window sitting at a 5/10 for me just now. A signing like Berahino could bounce that to 7 or 8/10

Hi Ash, Assuming we sign nobody else would you describe our transfer window as HIT or MISS? And do you think we have a stronger squad than we did in May? Genuine question no agenda - just curious to your thoughts as you seem a decent poster and I like you (as a friend)
-
I maybe wrong but the "black box" is used by Southampton and now Tottenham? Coincidence that arguably both have had bad transfer windows so far. I wonder if too much reliance has gone on the box and maybe old school scouting has been limited? Certainly from last seasons top 6 us and Spurs look weaker (squad wise) from last May. Everyone else has improved some significantly
