Me too. I love it when Alps and GM lock horns, just adds that little bit of electricity to the forum especially in the summer when there is no footy, although this close season coming should hopefully be a bit more active with saints preparing for the prem.

This 100%. I bet neutrals who have watched our televised games cannot believe how on earth we are second. I think we will still go up and that NA has done a remarkable job, but, we have made tough work of it lately. Whether we were over achieving or not, we got ourselves into a position where we could have won this league and I so wanted us to go up as champions, we had it in our hands and we fecked it up. Bed wetters my a r s e, I for one want us to win things.

Need to get over this bottling of big games thing we have got going on. If we go up next season every game will be a big game. I do not understand NA's sub change with Guly coming on for Chappers. Plus, why a sub keeper this match and some others not?

What has happened to our game lately? Its alright people saying we are still top of the league but only on goal difference chaps. The gap has closed and even the hammers are pegging us back and our form is not improving.

Guys, some of you are missing the point. We would have lost that game regardless of the pitch, see my scathing comments after the game. I am talking about football in general and not making excuses for saints................................Jeez. My point is, and I know saints do it as well, preparing pitches either to enhance your own game or to make life difficult for the opposition somehow does not sit right with me. Boxers have to use identical gloves so that an advantage cannot be gained other than their boxing skills. Athletes cannot take drug enhancers for the same reason and so on.

Firstly, am not blaming the pitch on our woeful display saturday. I noticed very quickly into the game that the pitch was cutting up badly, then a few saints players started losing their footing. I then watched the game again yesterday and noticed that a few of saints passes were running short. It is obvious that the pitch was prepared in such a way that made it difficult for us to play our natural game. Now I am sure most teams including us will do this but in my eyes it is a form of cheating, I thought the game was meant to be played on a level playing field. Your thoughts!

The whole side was gash yesterday and I cannot drag out one bit of positive about that display at all. Sharp was as bad as the rest of them. If we go up it will be interesting to see who can do the business in the prem.

So on that basis then you were ok with David Hayes and his fight against Klitschko were you? No sorry, lose 3-2 and playing well I would not be happy but I could take it, but today was on par with the Leeds game the other week but this time luck was not on our side. We looked worse than ordinary and I hope that NA can pick the team up and get going again. Ok, we will lose the odd game but that display was absolute and undeniably turd. If we are that reliant on one player god help us in the premiership.

I dont like losing............full feckin stop. I can sort of stomach losing if we still played well but that was a god awful display.

Have I missed something here in the great scheme of things. How the hell we won that I will never know. Tbh we were a fecking shambles and I have never seen so many players have an off day in one game apart from one ofcourse..............and I dont care, wha hooo 3 more points, bring it on!

Feel sorry for the hammers!!...................Not! But I do feel sorry for the pompey fans in all reality, no fan deserves to lose their club.

They could be of the nocturnal variety that only show their faces when it's dark hence why they come out at night. Best to try and time your poo's to the evening time and take a flashlight with you and then have a root about and search for the buggars. Btw, take a hammer with you and thrash the living daylights out of them if you find them.

Its sounds to me like you have a fungus infection around the old bullet wound caused by swetting. The only thing that will stop this is by getting some strong anti fungal cream from the doc. You could try athletes foot cream if a doc visit is totally out of the question and rub it into the troubled area, but make sure you do not get tempted into pushing the cream into your cavity as I am not sure of the outcome!
