  1. Definitely going this year after thinking 'how can we possibly not qualify against midtyland - I'll wait to the group stages for my away trip'.
  2. That might screw them in the transfer market.
  3. Surely it's going to be a diamond? Forster Cedric VVD Fonte Bertrand Romeu Hojberg tadic Boufal Long redmond
  4. They are looking for long term medical problems, like hereditary hip and knee problems, in a medical.
  5. Hence why he is slightly cheap - coupled with Lille's financial problems.
  6. That does mean a fair amount - it's not a complete **** show like the mail/sun etc.
  7. One time Schitt for brains!
  8. A year long long with an option to break in 6 months (Jan) would be a pretty good deal for all parties - it would be hard to see him not starting for West Brom and it's hard to see him starting for us at the moment.
  9. Looks like cuco is winning the football lottery with this one. We'll always have the arsenal goal. Love it if we got something hilariously big like £5m for him.
  10. Hojberg is going to destroy them!
  11. Boufal and Stanciu and then I hope we get the opportunity to buy Berahino in Jan for £6m or something ridiculously low. Job done.
  12. If he goes to west brom - we will be getting berahinio.
  13. We looked pretty good in spells - passing was a bit off and for this sort of game a target man would have been good. But, it's a loss at old Trafford - what do you expect. They have good players and, whilst not very creative, where ruthless in taking their chances. Sunderland is big - need to give them another 8-1.
  14. Clasie best have the game of his life or we are getting dicked.
  15. Comon Remondinho!
  16. If you get a Smok - set it to 45 watts and have the air hole 4/5's open. It kills the battery and the liquid but felt most like smoking and probably the reason my giving up worked.
  17. Yes. The club is not going to be bailed out by Kat if they **** it up - we are in a fairly unique position where we are a small club with an owner who is happy with the management to run the club. Take a look at other teams around us and owning the club is a status symbol for them and a key part of why they bought the respective clubs. I prefer having people who know how to do their jobs doing them rather than the dildo brothers at West Ham - for example. It's when they come for Uncle Les, Ralph and Rogers that we will be ****ed!
  18. I think lazy is the wrong word - most of them can afford to not take a risk. So why bother buying someone who could be great in the PL for £10m when you can see if they are and buy them for £25m a year or 2 afterwards. The beauty of this situation is that it allows us to get the best young players as they will see us as the number 1 team to develop them and not hold them back if they want to leave. Hence our continued improvement, even though we sell a lot of people. If we had religiously tried to keep hold of everyone and held them to their contracts we wouldn't be signing the players we are signing now.
  19. Can't see it happening - particularly on loan to QPR. Selling him for £20m to Everton - not sure i would be all that fussed if it happened.
  20. I got a Smok - Nano One, Which i highly recommend. I went from smoking 15/20 per day down to a couple on the weekend in 2 weeks and now hardly smoke at all, either Vape or Cigarettes.
  21. 0-1, worked well last few years.
  22. Yes. See athletico Madrid & Dortmund.
  23. Does it not get quite difficult to replace him at this later stage though?
  24. Amazing, they really are the Donald Trump of football club owners. Only a matter of time till they build a wall around the club to keep the dissenters out. Amusingly i went to see the Charlton Bristol City match around Jan/Feb this year and it was an insanely toxic environment - there was a Hearse outside and everyone was wearing black. Then they started chucking black balloons on the pitch half way through the first half. Shame to see this happen to them as they always where a club that had pride in developing their own players.
