Say why you want but if you at any point in a football game have to do a backwards dance to try and keep up with them game - what ever happens after that is on you.

Pretty good game from a football perspective. They look more likely to score - hopefully Boufal can liven it us up for us in the second half. We've played pretty well making some in roads into the 11 behind the ball - a couple of yellow cards will open them up.

I don't get why people have a go at MLT so much - he's just giving a very literal blow by blow account, someone has to do it.

The reason he took this job was a 2 fingers up to the FA after they cut him - it was a disagreement around 4-3-3 vs 4-4-2. He was arguing that all the European sides develop better players because the junior sides play 4-3-3 and it gives them better experiences & moments (Claude speak fully ingrained now) and they said we are English we play 4-4-2.

This is the first big team we've had at Saint Mary's i think this season - so will be interesting to see how we do, seeing as we've done pretty well away from home against City & Arsenal. 2-1 Saints.

No obviously not - but it isn't anywhere near as bad as the time millwall went to the boyeln and lost 3-1 after extra time. I can't imagine much will come out of this aside the media trying to make something more out of it than is there.

VVD and Romeu superb - we just look so calm on the ball. Can't wait for Boufal to get a start, looks like he could be an absolute star. Guess he starts against Sunderland and we give them a pummeling. Great performance.

He's starting his 1st prem game away at city -land playing against a £37m wonderkid. He's doing about as well as he could be.

Their fans are booing them at half time - ****ing hell that's embarrassing. The high press from goals kicks are great, worked well against inter and is working well against city - wired more teams don't do it. It's great seeing the keeper thinking 'I'm meant to play it out from the back, but how?'

He did step on the ball with his first touch, which brought some laughter in the pub I was watching it in. Got better as the game went on and had some nice flicks and tricks. Hopefully long isn't out for too long - we were better when he was on the pitch. Hojberg had a poor game and was getting frustrated towards the end. We were pretty good in all honesty - not sure if it was inter being crap or us playing well. Thank god we didn't get RdB.
