Guess martina needs a rest - been good at CB recently so should be ok.
-
Pardew just doesn't learn - he really isn't good enough to be a premiership manager.
-
His delivery really is top class, can see him knocking Davo or Clasie out of the 1st team.
-
All the greats teams do that.

Yes clearly - definitely part of the summer contract with VVD. Why should he be here when a £40m bid comes in if he isn't even the captain. I would guess that this is the reason for the Fonte Utd summer gossip. Now it starts to make sense, would rather he went next summer than Jan, by a long way. Would be pretty epic if he lifted the JPT, league cup and the euros with Portugal - what an advertising piece to future players. Then he's free.

Sam McQueen - like an F1 tyre change ....

I don't think that's the point he's making. I think it's that we can basically play McQueen wide left and have the other two a bit more central. If it comes to the point where everyone adjusting to our lack of wingers is a problem - then yeah it's a good shout. -
Hojberg is such a frustrating player - does some really stupid stuff and some absolute magic. If he can iron out some of his bad decisions he could be an absolute beast in the midfield for us. Think he probably has the most potential in the squad - Boufal maybe has more but I haven't seen enough of him yet.

One thing which has been quite evident is the team has been trying to avoid playing it to macqueen as he is young and needs to learn - but, he's been ****ing great. I would much rather see him and tadic linking up than tadic and martina. When we get back Bertrand and clasie fully we will be a much better side. -
Yoshida was really good and has been in the vast majority of games he has played this season. So much more confident in him stepping in for Fonte when he will inevitably need too now - compared to last season. Koeman really did isolate players and give them no chance to recover and get better.

Stunning - epic response.

5th/6th pen we should have had.

Get the **** in!!!

Been coming - love how the ref blowed for a foul, looking like he's been paid at this rate.
-
What the **** - stonewall red
-
That's a foul on VVD - even though he gets the wrong side.

Would be more likely to be both Labour and Conservatives going with Leaving the EU and the Lib Dems being kingmaker and only giving support to the party which will cancel Brexit. Back to multi-party politics i would guess is the most likely - Lib Dems beating Zac Goldmsith, which now seems more likely, would help kick start this. They also had huge gains in Cameron's By-Election.

I know, makes it even funnier. Should be a good video of Farage crying about this later on today that I'll look forward to.

I've been enjoying all the brexiters *****ing and moaning about uk parliamentary sovereignty this morning. What a scandal - getting what you wanted!

I don't know mate - they write content to fill up terminals to justify the $24,000/year price tag. I see loads of crap written by them all day flashing up in front of me.
-
100% No - i doubt Katerina would really want to sell anyways, the club is doing well and she has an excellent team running it & she definitely doesn't need the money. Our price is surely only going to continue going up with years left of the current Sky/BT deal as well.

Now have injuries s our lack of depth starting to show?
Chris27687 replied to OldNick's topic in The Saints
I reckon a CB is more likely than a Striker in Jan. They'll be planning for Jose Fonte's demise. Berahinio would make sense as a good value striking option - they don't want to get into the situation that West Ham have with Zaza where they might have to cough up £25m for a pony player. -
Definitely a bad thing - they were ****ing dire against us at the San Siro, tactically abysmal.
-
Clasie has been ok. Hojberg has been decent in spells, was dire against Inter, but certainly looks like he has a higher potential. This is one of those good problems though - most of the rest of the league has significant holes in their midfield and nowhere near the depth we have. It's proof that the selling of players to add depth/value to the entire squad works well.
-
I assume it will be Berahino and then spend the following 3 months getting him fit.
