I saw something from the Echo I think saying that Liverpool might be interested in him. I also read elsewhere that Jose will be looking for a new centre back when and if he takes over at Old Trafford so expect links with VVD!
Yet Koeman had a more successful season than Poch did for us last season and plenty of people slagged off Poch when he was here for not having a plan B and for his not caring attitude towards the cups. Ah, those rose tinted glasses are wonderful things!
Ron has a good eye for a player and seems to think he has a big future ahead of him. I agree with the point made above. Give the guy a decent run in the team before writing him off.
I am not a gambling man and don't know how this works. We were chatting about it last night and were divided over whether to take the money or not. I supposed it depends on whether you have balls of steel or not!
Once again, how do you know that Pelle is not being coached? You make it sound all so very easy. People are not robots. There is a lot more to it than what the manager brings for any club. Frankly when we were down to 10 men and a goal down I thought we were done. How about a bit of praise for digging out a point when it seemed like we had lost the game?
Apparently a Foxes fan put £20 on them at 5000-1 to win the Premiership and cashed the bet in before yesterday's game for £29,000. Given that he stood to win £100,000, what would you have done?
I agree and wish him all the best. It wasn't his fault that it didn't work out for him here. I don't believe that he was lazy or that he feigned injury. He just wasn't suited to our style and possibly not the Premiership either. He isn't the first and wont be the last. He can play though and it is good to see him getting games and being appreciated.
