So, can we agree that the club is not a joke. That the Board have found an excellent replacement for the previous manager based on what we have seen so far, that we probably wont be relegated this year, that the so called "fire sale" wasnt anything of the sort and that the players who have come in aren't rubbish (so far)?

And with plenty of competition in that department as his brother is no oil painting.

Bloody hell, we win a game of football and are at each others throats! Lets just enjoy the win and look forward to the next match when it will all start again.

Just as we weren't relegation fodder after the WBA match we arent world beaters after the WHU match. What we aren't though is what many people wanted to believe and that is nailed on for the drop. Anywhere mid table will do for me after the summer we have had.

If RK wasnt happy with his attitude in training this is the best outcome for all. It is not as if we are struggling for midfield players so I dont see what all the drama is about.

For all the grief that has been levelled at the Board, for me it was apparent that they meant business when they hired this guy. He is the real deal. We may not win the Champions League under him but we have a safe pair of hands and a guy who isnt going to take any cr@p. The way he has dealt with Morgan and Boruc is spot on as it is with Taider. He hasnt been fazed by the goings on this summer and is straight forward and honest in his dealings with the press. I am not a lover of Twitter but his Tweats say what you want to hear from someone who wants the fans to know that he is on their wavelength. Yes, early doors but from what I have seen so far this is the best Saints signing for some time.

It is far too early to say who will be the biggest success in the Premiership but as a manage and human being I am more than happy with our guy.

It is way to early to give Pelle hero status but it was even more crazy writing him off after a couple of games. The signs look good but it is a long hard season. One thing I am sure of though - Ronald K knows his football.

So pleased for Ronald Koeman and Pelle. Delighted too for Reed and the Board. That is the way to deal with all of the snide comments and criticism. SFC still mean business. And a big mention for Morgan. That is the way to say sorry!!!

You say that it hasnt been a good window for us after two games in the league. At this point I would say it has been a lot better for us than QPR and Palace and Burnley and Leicester and etc etc. But then you spend your life picking holes in the club and that seems to get you off. You must be praying that we get relegated so that you can come on here and have a field day. As I said before, get a girlfriend and take up golf

Bern please, not Bernie. I am glad you hope he scores more but why post what you did. The way you come across is as a doom merchant. The club have lost a lot of players because the club has been successful and bigger teams want our players. Is that a bad thing? We have a good manager who is trying to get things on track. Is that a bad thing? If we get relegated you and the other negative posters here can have a field day. I like to think though that most right minded Saints fans want to get behind the club and hope for the best. I dont care how many goals Long scores but I do hope that he makes a positive contribution to the squad this season. You sound like you will be picking over his every mistake. I think there is a massive difference in our outlook.
