Defensively we were ok but we lack options going forward. Long runs his socks off and puts defenders under a lot of pressure but Van Persie he ain't. We are through to the next round which is the important thing, but we need more options up front if we are going to win the thing.

Missed this in the news and sorry if it is common knowledge but was told last night that Evans's future father-in-law offered Oldham £2m to sign Evans.
