Yeah I said it a a couple of months ago, I'd be more than happy if we appointed McKenna.

I think we have a great chance if we use our "play stoppers" to their full effect. A front 4 of Walcott, Adam Armstrong, Elyounoussi and Moussa Djenepo will completely nullify them from source and Forest won't be able to get out of their own half. Another Selles masterclass on its way and as he said - we will fight tooth and nail until the bitter end.

Bednarek, S.Armstrong, Sulemena and Alcaraz were all decent - as soon as those 3 went off we looked utterly clueless. The team needed Che Adams on so much earlier. We were dropping very deep yet had no one up top to relieve the pressure. So what does the manager do? Brings on A.Armstrong who couldn't trap a bag of cement. Honestly it seems as if Selles has a rather large amount of money on us to go down.

He was really poor today.

I genuinely think we were saveable after we got rid of Jones. We were only 3 points off safety. Selles has come in and somehow managed to make us worse. I'm not actually sure how that is possible. We've made two of the worst managerial appointments in our history within the space of 4 months. It's incredible really.

Lavia doesn't seem to have a problem playing forward passes. JWP is a "safe" player. In my opinion Romeu and Lavia have held our midfield together over the last few years. JWP is decent but that's all IMO. It'll be a shame when he goes but I certainly won't be losing any sleep over it.

Did he play a forward pass in the first half last night?

Annoyingly if Bella Kotchap doesn't slip he clears it and no one mentions Bazunu palming it back out. Still, it's a keeper error.

For a so called professional, that should have been a simple finish across the keeper.

He doesn't improve Villa IMO. McGinn, Luiz and Ramsey are all better players than him.

If we can somehow get £40 million for him that would be great business. Whilst good at free kicks his all round play is just not good enough.

The club has just been an absolute shambles from top to bottom this season. Never seen a home club get behind the away fans so much. Very, very odd.

Onuachu has been worse. Bloke looks nowhere near a premier league level player. At least with Sulemena there has been flashes. Still looking like a lot of money spunked on not a lot.

I don't know what we'll do in future but those two are players you can always come with." This ladies and gentlemen is why we are going down. "It's not about technical abilities" well it is though, isn't it? By this logic you may as well stick 11 hard working non league players in the side.

Providing Adams and Salisu don't make it. Bazunu; KWP, Bednarek, DCC, Perraud; Lavia, JWP; Alcaraz, Walcott, Sulemena; Onuachu. Would probably stick Mara up top if it was any team other than West Ham. Need a bit more height in that side. Can see an argument for Elyounoussi instead of Sulemena but we have City and Arsenal coming up so we really have to win this game.

To be fair the guy is is still starting in Ligue 1 at 39. Pretty incredible really. Obviously we don't know the full details of what happened but personally feel the situation should have been handled better. Wish we'd kept him for longer!

100% this. After what we've had to endure this season, we look so much better under Selles. We won't win every game, but we are battling and grinding out points.
