Really!!! So if a non league club go through the rounds their players have played more and so will have more cards potentially. Theirs should be wiped then?

He was poor last night. He really is lacking in confidence and a goal may kift him, but the club did waste money on him

Saints vs Derby - FA Cup 3rd Round Replay Thread

As for goalkeepeing coach, it was interesting to see that the Derby coach was going through where we took pens in the past on his ipad, wheras I assume was dishing out bottles of drink and Gunn was left to his own devices. The Derby keeper kept going the wrong way and so perhaps the info was rubbish anyway -

My take is that both goals came from Cedrics side. McCarthy is our no1 keeper Stupid free kick given for their first goal Having only a 2 man wall when we know the loanee always shoots was a mistake. When we are in the lead our defensive midfielders cannot keep the opposition at bay. That the pundits know sfa, if a player is offside he's offside no matter how close, similar to goal line technology the ball is either over or not. May as well say 'well it nearly crossed the line and so its a goal' Of course the media love Frank and so they want him to win. Overall we had a very weakened team, something that was not really pointed out. Wheras they had a full team out, if they go up what are they going to do to get a team together!!!!! All their stars are from other clubs. Disappointed in losing as we had a 2 goal lead, but as always we just seem to let the other side in with a soft goal. I think appoint against Everton is the best we can hope for -
why breach trust of people I know or knew at the time.

well Im sure we will be able to live with your thoughts on him diminishing a little. Having a full back who is knee high to a grasshopper and unable to put in a decent cross is nota loss. Use the money on someone more suited to what Ralph wants
-
I know some stories about him, Id like to say they were good
-
yep the list of spurious ones that some kind of pretend to leak out out as ITK lol
-
Totally agree.Idont think fans on here are really a fair cross section. There are few I would back to judge a decent player, and when the howls go up of disloyalty when a player leaves they fail to give credit to ones who show a little bit of loyalty. It was interesting to Long on interview after Saturdays game where he said that it was nice to be appreciated by his teammates and Ralph. (words to that effect) but failed to mention the fans.Yes he is supposed to score goals but any defender would hate to play against him as he doesn't give any peace. I do expect him to start scoring a few more now, under the new regime.

Interesting. Listening to the podcast that was not apparent but he wouldn't be drawn on it. He did admit to going to Pompey with his mates and so perhaps that made him more keen to support them. He did say his wife is a big saints fan and he still goes to SMS a lot
-
Giroud should be a bargain as he is not rated by Sarri, it was only tongue in cheek as the club want to spend little IMO, and also are again looking for promise not established
-
How about Giroud, he loves scoring at SMS

I suppose the question is whether JLR would have moved to the cheaper subsidised option of Slovenia , if we were in or out. JLR have moved a lot of production to China and so sadly the writing was on the wall as they dont need to export the cars but make them in house. Global business can do this, that is why people who think the super rich can be squeezed to pay more tax here for the Labour spending are delusional. They will just move.
-
Pompey should get to the final, they will have failed miserably if not. No doubt the league will waive the objections to giving more tickets, unlike they did for us. NC even offered stewards and to pay for the safety stuff, if I recall correctly. The league still said no.
-
Surely we are owed loads from the VVD sale still. That would have been staged payments surely
-
I haven't been on this thread for days and just had a look at this. A lot of you should have a look at yourselves as the posts are pathetic. Why cany you just debate like decent people without the vitriol? Ok you all have diffierent views but you dont need to show such bile
-
Ho Ho Ho, we will need Shane this weekend as it looks as he is the main option
-
Being a little naughty, is it because their defence has improved lol
-
It just shows how a lot of MP's have never negotiated in their lives. To ask for a vote to say that there could not be a 'no deal' is madness. That just takes the major negotiating point away from us in the discussion. The EU are as worried about us leaving without a deal as we are. It is a major negotiating point for us, to not have that is a nonsense. Barnier and co will love this
-
i dont thnk that there are any in the squad who could mention CA's goalscoring ability
-
About 500k people have died since the vote 2 years ago apparently. Of which the majority would be over 70. That would make quite a difference to a new vote as I would suggest that most of those would have voted out. 2 years further down the line and the gap will get bigger. We should perhaps have a vote in 10 years time and then there might be a massive majority in favour of remain. Of course in that time the EU might have imploded anyway as it seems most except the Germans are unhappy with their lot
-
True but the stuff would soon be expensive as they have to cart it from Eire to mainland Europe. I cant see there being much advantage
-
I think you have to be a full member for that. You of course are a member but not in that way Mack. Our popcorn is sweet here, whilst yours will be salty from the saliva of all those matloes that visit your lot every night. HNY btw Mack
