Watched the last half of this that was screened last night on TV. For me the last minute was one of the most powerful images of the extermination of the JEws. I have been hardened to seeing the pictues over the years and it has little effect, until I saw that last clip. Pictures in crayon on the walls of the extermination camp done by children showing the naiviety of chldhood and escapism even though they knew they were going to die. Very very sad, and I found very emotionall Everybody should watch that little snippet as it puts into context the pathetic day to day worries we have in our lives

a lot of the fans deserve Mickey Mouse. The next manager will have the same squad, same limitations and will be expected to rotate the squad to showcase our acadamy. I will await the exciting 3 all draws and no or 4-3 defeats and will be pleased to see not a whimper of complaint by the precious bored on here.

as Chelsea got record points total and Spurs likewise etc etc, it means that all the clubs down the league didnt get as many points as previous seasons. The to 3-4 have broken away again

Are we going to be a society that allows our security resourcesto shoot at a potential terrorist if there is grave concern that they are about to do one of these acts? Or do we expect a member of security personel to go and approach such a person who may or may not just about to do this act of terror. It would take some brave individual to approach knowing that he may set off an explosive device at any moment

Lol the Liverpool semi final was 2 back to the wall 1-0 victories. Amazing the media and pundits all felt we should have won the first leg by 4 or more goals. As usual it was poor finishing that didnt put the tie to bed in the first leg. As for downplaying an away victory at Arsenal!!! Your dislike of Puel is getting in the way of the facts. I dont go to many games but from what I see on the TV the football is pretty good, just the lack of enough bodies in the box to finish the chances made.

I have only watched the Sky edit of the game but in that we played slick and attractive football. Redmond seemed to be very decent. The only real problem was we didn't get enough players in the box. jack has yet another opportunity at the back of the box when the ball came to him and again it skewed in the wrong directt

were we really known for attacking exciting football anymore than what the pundits have been saying this season as well? The only difference IMO is that we just havent put the chances away. It has been a season of woeful finishing as much as woeful football. The boring football is forgotten as soon as a goal goes in. Loads of times last season it was dull but we got a goal and things cheered up. Apparently reading on here under RK he had no plab B, MP had no plan B and whenever we hit a bad patch the manager didnt have a clue. You will get your way and a decent man will lose his job, once he has been booted out I believe you have then lost the moral ground to complain whoever comes in

With our limited squad who is going to produce better than 8th?? We have only 1 player fit at present who might play in the top 4 team. IMO that is Ryan Bertrand. Romeau would be close, Redmond in a years time. The rest are decent mid table PL players. The board sold our goalscorers and then told us that Austin was bought to replace them, that wasnt on the agenda when he first arrived, he was to suppliment them. So we ended up with 2 damaged forwards, and one that is very good at getting chances but not any good at finishing them. Then we did get Gabbi who will become a decent goalscorer for us, but that has waned a tad since his injury

Had we actually scored the 2 penalties in the prvious 2 games the frustrations may not have been so bad. Sadly Puel had an uphill battle the moment he did his first TV interview and struggled with his English. We have been used to managers who converse well (MOpo had to use the interpreter ) in interviews. The fans perceived he was no good from the start and it has been a constant trying to get them on board. I still believe he would have become one of most successful managers, but Iam resigned to him getting the boot. Not everyone is brilliat at doing the post match talk and that has hindered him. I know fans will come back and say his football was boring but many a game we were dire under RK.

do you think that the government want austerity, it would be lovely to do just a populist manifesto. As they are in power they are telling us as it is. The opposition can promise the world. I was very disappointed with the Tories manifesto as had they put a sugar coated plan they would walk the election. Now I think it will be much tighter. There again Corbyn and the IRA supporting anyone but us position will gall much of the population

but from a distance people will wonder what do we expect. They would have seen snippets of our games where we play decent football and see players like Redmond and JWP picked by the national side. I assume they will think we were ungrateful for the perceived position we are in and also the Cup final. I know if I was a neutral I would wonder why we want him gone....except for watching his post match interviews

If JWP is in the side due to Les, then he will be with the next manager who will have to play the Acadamy players ahead of hardened PL players

Milan away was a game of missed chances by our players. The cup final loss was not down to Puels management, we were superb but they had a player on 350PW who was the difference, add to the terrible lino decision. The HBS game was a stick or twist game and they took a pop and the ball went in, classic nervy game. Get Silva in, we have a fanbase who now seem to need the rush of a new manager every season.
