As far as I can see is that had we not voted out, the £ would be round about where it was then. The stock market would be 1000 points lower and inflationary pressures low. As soon as we push the Brexit button, I think the £ will fall another 10%, the stock market will drop 1000 points and inflation will be well on a climb. At present I believe if you have a lot in the stock market, enjoy, I have sold mine as IMO you will be able buy your shares back and more at a much reduced price. I will need that extra income to cover the large inflationary costs about to hit us in the face. I truly feel sorry for the generation of under 30 as they are going to face years of hardship and cuts to their living standards. At present we are in the phoney war where we are living in a world of fantasy where realism has not hit. I dislike the Eurocrats who are unelected but forget not we have the House of Lords that have more power and they also are unelected. I do hope Im wrong in this assessment

Gawd when the fall of the pound starts to show at the petrol pump and in the shops people are going to start to feel Brexit

Personally anyone guilty of paedophilia deserves no help whatsoever. I understand that if the person is accused and innocent so different, but I find it difficult where a lawyer who knows full well the person is guilty then defends that person and maybe gets them off the charge.

As soon as I saw the thread this came back instantly. Terry Venables was the penalty taker. Was it as late as 73-74 as I thought it would be the season before?

Redond is a very good player now but in time he is going to be a real star player for us and when he gets sold many will be very sad he was going. His energy and team ethic is superb.

a point closer to Man City, Must be happy to get a point at Leicester. I will wait and see if those chances were as easy as the judges on here think they were lol
-
he supports Villa and reports on pompey and looks like that, he must have been Hitler in a former life to be punished like this
-
lol. I hope it is out there somewhere for us to enjoy again

e as to go. Also free with info regarding a young player at Charlton we may have bee watching for our club. There was I thinking that we would be clear and waiting for Rosie the dog to turn up, but we get Blackie the Scotty

take the money and let him go.His head and heart are in MANCHESTER Very sad that his head has been turned but if he is not fully committed to us it will cost us points as the season goes on

I think BBC south today played the radio solent commentary with the goals the night after, and the commentator was as excited as the fans.
-
what position were you playing:) It was amazing how Newcastle froze
-
as we now have a policy again of blooding our youngsters we have to get used to under par performances from the rookies. I hope it doesn't effect his progress. RK would not have risked it
-
true, but I was thinking of the 70's 8-0 at Everton 7-0 at Ipswich, 7-2 (Watford) there are loads more that I cant bear to bring back to my memory!!!

the only time I can remember the tannoy announcer creating an atmosphere was when Saints were losing a vital relegation match against keegans Newcastle with 10 minutes to go we were losing 1-0. The announcer came on and told the Archers to sit down, with that they all stood up and starting roaring their defiance. with that the whole ground lifted and Nwcastle wilted and we scored 3 in the last 5minutes or so. I had never seen anything like it before or after
-
watching Saints for nearly 50 years a 0-0 away is a cracking result. Most of you have been spoilt, we were always easy pickings away in the past. Feel sorry for those fans who went spent their money and went to the game
-
and what happens when that comes, its just different people taking their place. you only have to look at Scargill and the Kinnocks to see that. Power corrupts, Lenin ,Stalin didn't live in council housesonce they gained power, the workers were no better off
-
he is good at his job, and perhaps the players had their nose put out of joint as he had dropped them.Personallyi think it is too early for him, but he has performed wonders getting Bournemouth where they are
-
CB read the mail report, the headline Super Saints....... And then in the report on the lines of West Ham rubbish and Saints hardly much better. Personally I thought our movement and pace upfront would match Klopps lot, but of course it is not recognised as it should be
-
was that an hour before the game or with 10 minutes to go lol
-
I wish to be rude but I think you need to go elsewhere with nonsense like that
-
Redmond is the most improved player from his start this season to now is immense. He has pace strength and a good footballing brain, add to that a passion to win. He will be a top player for us

i dont know what the fuss is about, quite a few on here would get commemorative plates saying that we finished 7th
