what's the reclaim our club. It was never a club that embraced it fans unless you were a mate. Fans who were in with the directors etc would get complimentary tickets and drinks Etc but. I doubt there is many fans who got many perks over the years.i know I was only ever a mug punter and cash ow in the owners eye for the last 44 years.So there is no difference for me

its a free world, but I suspect there are two sides to the story. Making the spat public will not get any of the authors any future favours. The club hold the cards and i doubt the people involved did not know of the conflict and perhaps may have used a bit of common sense.

So you thought the way we play was tiring but then follow up with we forfeited our place in the cup. The type of football we play aka high energy got us where we are, and you find fault but then moan when we took the correct measure of not playing our full strength team in a cup match that we were unlikely to end up winning. You cant have it all ways. For your info i also pointed out Tony Adams comments about us plummeting around Xmas as we could not sustain the energy needed. i put that on the after match reaction to the Sunderland cup defeat. i got a few sarcastic replies from a few who thought the Cup was winnable

I wouldnt stop buying at the club shop in some hissy fit as the club needs its income to improve our club.

I did not go to the game but watched the Sky coverage. It seemed to me he went down far too easily for the first, was not brave for the 2nd and no keeper would have saved the 3rd. Although he does have a strange action when trying to reach for the ball. It was evident for Chelseas second the other day.

Some would think you want saints to lose so you could big yourself up and be the font of all fortune. It does not take Einstein to realise that you need to spend big and have a massive squad to compete for the top 4. You also have to remember that there are people on this forum who are quite young and only see Saints as all conquering heroes. I would be interested to see your posts re us playing a weakened side in the. League cup. A few were pragmatic to realise that being knocked out of that was not a bad thing, especially as we have lack of depth in our squad

It is a difficult one. I am torn with loyalty to the club but also the plight of fellow fans. It may seem that FB court case is the background to it all. Knowing the situation with FB and Nc it would have been prudent to have a word in his ear and ask him not to be available on the night. I'm sure he would have understood.
