i can just about put up with all the other rubbish on that flyer but 'Pride of the South' is laughable. Only the most hardened Pompey fan would ever believe that there was anything to do with pride when their name comes up

Whatever he says he joined QPR when they were 4 points from safety. They are now more than 10. He spent millions on players and wages and still could not save them. The media love him and like Pompey they just have rose coloured specs on the subject.

im not sure if that is a good or bad thing!! I would like to make clear that the beautiful woman would have to been born with the said utensil and not had it as an App later in life

Does this mean a deal has been struck regarding the PP's , that might allow the club to keep them and pay the PFA in the future? The PFA paying what the players are due out of their funds, and then having part of FP as security. If so, Pompey will have plenty of funds to survive and be more than competitive.

good one Trousers, it made me chuckle

You're not my type, I like a c### but it has to be part of a beautiful lady

bearsy you are by far the most amusing poster on the Internet, I don't understand why Lenny Henry is on the tv all the time when your real talent is wasted on here

listening to his match summaries drove me crazy, what he will be like in a witness box , lord knows

Based at Ocean Village in Southampton, so it was Scuuummmmmers who helped them

I agree but from a Wigans players point of view, they would have been pretty down after the last minute Spurs equalizer, add to that to see the gap widen. If they get off to a bad start in the next game there is a chance their heads will drop. Add to that none will wish to be injured pre the cup final. I want us to finish the job ourselves but it would be nice if we get a bit of help to save the nerves.

GM, whilst i understand your ire, forget not that these fans enjoyed 5 years of top flight football that the whole nation paid for. They have memories of Wembley cup wins and watching star players other teams kids and fans didnt get, as their teams played by the rules of decency, therefore please excuse me if I dont spill to many tears if Pompey fans have a few bad days. I dont wish on the fans ill health or bad lives , but i do want them to really feel true punishment, that still in my eyes has not yet come to pass.

Are they Toast yet? The first decision the Presidents etc have made ring very much of the Wilde crew when they first came under a fanfare of glory. Sondico, lol

Oh no, that is sad RIP Kevin

Amazing that the person failed to put their name and address on it, not very old school. I would normally expect that old habits die hard and the address would have been added. Amazing all the positive points to pull at the heartstrings are in the letter, you'd have almost have thought it was the script of an entrant of X-factor ( I was going to put Britains got talent but realised we were talking Pompey)

i think he gave the background to it in one of his posts yesterday.

looks to me that the authorities have bent over backwards to help them.

Presidents lol, what was the film where Michael Caine (?)was in Africa? and he pretended to be a god only to try and steal the gold...

But if you look at it the way they are dressing it up ,the HNW are fans and so they are correct in saying that it is fan owned, but it really is a 3 fan owned business with a load of riff-raff who they have to pull the wool over the eyes of. They know how easy it is to spin a yarn and the mass of fans swallow it, hook line and sinker. To be fair if , for 20years you had a bell and drums banging at your earlobes your head would be fuzzy.

where were you for the past 2 seasons? this site has seen none of you for months and months. You will again disappear at any sign of another downturn. Since the award of the -10 this season we have had 3 of you back. I think that our fundraising was indeed poor and was rudderless. We had no group who got to grips with it, but to be fair you had Farmery, after all it was all new to us, you have had 4 practice runs and still only just made it. At present you have McInnes basking in glory and enjoying your adulation, forget not your lot were queueing up to get Al Fahim's autograph lol. There are at least 3 massives egos to be massaged in your boardroom and as soon as the fans turn (and they will) the dummies will fly out faster than Avrams cock when he sees a Thai masseur

I have banged on about Pompey getting away with for the above reason. The fans say they have been punished but for all the upside they have not had a full downside. The correct balance to my mind would be to lose their rallying point Fratton Park or go into the Conference or worse. They stole the cherished memories from fans of other clubs who would have had the success Pompey had if they had not taken 150m from society. I'm am certain the majority of fans from most clubs who also had been trawling around the lower leagues for decades would accept relegation to L2 and still with a fighting chance for promotion,in exchange for cup wins and 5/6 Wembley visits.

the problem is that the early season turn outs were poor
