you never add anything to the thread anyway. If you read the initial post correctly you would have seen I said it was an extreme example. Justice is justice whatever the situation.

mack I'm very happy for you, you are the decent face of your football club. I suspect you are a little embarrassed the way your club has acted, but you live on and the minutes to the board meeting will be funny as time goes on. The power struggle will begin,if you thought the'lets go Wilde ' tee shirts were funny as he vied for popularity, you ain't seen nothing yet! Lol

I suspect they will be grieving a bit for that. Perhaps the charities,St johns ambulance and businesses that have been effected might be better for you to write to and tell them how you feel that justice has been served

Lol, Iam awaiting the media making his excuses. I'm fairly sure when he joined them they were only 4points from safety, tens of millions of pounds later they are 10points from safety Hopefully his failure to keep us up will now also be remembered

I suspect anyone who has been shafted by Pompey will not feel as charitable as you

I suppose because the Boston bomber was wounded he has had his punishment and should now walk free... a bit extreme i know but

yes, I had taken it that people would have realised that it was since the rules changed not before the rule change. A minus 10 punishment was supposed to discourage clubs going into admin and shafting the business world just so that they could shed debt. This in turn would help the clubs who play by the rules as businesses would be happy to give lines of credit to . Any business supplying football clubs will be even more wary to give credit even if they seem well run clubs as they will look at how the FL do little to stop this going forward. If as you say, the FL have not made a judgement yet and we should wait and see. I wonder if they can see that the business model going on is so frail that they do not want them to start on a minus 10 and the much lauded fans club go into admin very quickly and therefore are trying to help by not giving them a difficult start.

if they were a point clear of the relegation zone at present I suspect they wouldnt be out of admin yet

you'd never beieve he would ever be likely to -
our points deduction came the following season as we were relegated. This would be the first time that the points have been deducted without their being a meaning. The league has played a weak card and if this is truly going to happen then the league authorities have been very lenient yet again. The authorities have been lenient time and again, this should be of little surprise this latest episode. They will be more than competitive next season and at this moment i feel they will be back in L1 this time next year.

You were too young to remember but I wanted to skive off school but a 12 year old kid standing on the near empty Archers road terrace would have been a bit obvious even for the dimmest Bobby, we lost 2-0 and it was hell wondering how we were getting on as I tried to do school work in class

If the GPO had not been privatised do you think we would have the Internet and modern communications now? In the 70's it took 3months to get a telephone connected ffs

i think if you were around when the nations morale was so low you might understand the feelings then

Do you remember when Saints were due to play Norwich in the league cup and it was played in a weekday afternoon due to the power cuts and so working people and kids couldn't go ?
