Exactly, they talk about being noble but hang onto the corpse and will lick the gusset clean on a tramps underpants if it means they can stay in the league and keep the old decrepit rotten corpse that used to be Portsmouth football club
-
they say that but in real life, they dont mean it
-
have Pompey now had more High court appearnces than they had had Wembley ones?
-
nothing is straightforward with them is it? i assume the taxpayer will be footing some of the bill
-
something is happening between the 2 sides. You know im always pessimistic and Pompey will get away with it. i do hope Phils lot he talks about are not putting their hand in to save the day
-
Im not going to bother to try and argue the point.
-
get a life hypo, that is an appalling post. You should be ashamed of yourself.
-
they are until they have to pay up.....that could be the fans and the club of course
-
Going to Wembley every five minutes!!! The moron just doesnt get the fact that going to Wembley is why they are where they are. they bought the most expensive Ferrari in the showroom on tick when really they could only afford a Sinclair C5 with the wheels missing
-
Geroge best won SFA internationally as he nobody alongside him, it is not Messis fault that he is not Spanish

'When expensive lawyers go head-to-head they can throw all sorts of things into the argument. I think it will be a bit of a dust-up and do think they will be throwing mud at each other' BC can in theory bleed the Trust dry, he can go and appeal to ratchet up the costs further. The money in the bank and the administrators fees will be getting through the parachute money very quickly. i suspect TB will start to get a bit concerned as his fees may start to get more than the money left in the bank. i doubt he will be able to drop the court case as iBc draws it out and slowly the club bleeds to death. Perhaps he might pick up the phone to the people DP has spoken about.
-
no he knows we will be reading his post and is trying to be the honest broker, I suspect the post goes onto say that as soon as they have taken the club on Thierry Henry and Messi will be the clubs targets. it wont be for the money but the honour of playing in front of the worlds greatest.

i do hope that certain people are not helping Pompey out of a hole. Let them die , there is no real future and definitely no long term gain by it.

the man walked out on the club at a crucial time, he never apologised for his arrogance and as for his comments on people with disabilities it was shameful. The moral high ground was with the people against him, as they had the fibre to see the good from the bad. RL chose a bad alternative, GH was not the only man around who could do a good job,
-
bloody hell, is there a subject you can't bring GH into? The man does not deserve to have any job,let alone at our club. I was fervently against him and still am. I don't regret being against him.
-
Sums up the people who view, too thick to debate but just offer you out as they are not bright enough to do anything else.
-
the reporter on SSN said how loud they were!
-
yeah I heard that, but I read on here they didn't sell their allocation!
-
Because a lot of fans are thick and don't see the positives some players bring. You only have to read on here how badly KD is treated by 'the intelligentsia ' on here to see what morons a lot of fans are. I still think it is shameful how Fuller was treated. By our fans ' F off Fuller'. Sung by our fans, all because he only cost 90k from Pompey
-
hey. Phil I never could understand why the Marsailles fans were so aggressive that night. i was not there but Iknow it was pretty scary. You weren't,t telling them golf anecdotes I assume lol
-
Who was todays ref?
-
yep but dont forget they will write on the back of a fag packet and slide it under the judges nose, that the club brings 300m to the economy and 30000 jobs rely on the 10k fans who turn out some saturdays,
-
it was on Sportsnight with Coleman. We were allowed to stay up to watch it. (me and my older brother). We couldnt believe it 'Saints had won a trophy' as a 10 year old kid it was marvellous. if i remember correctly the programme finished before we could pick up the trophy. in those days there were no over-runs

So many dj's are t####, we had our own Russel Grant and Ross, add to that the Savilles of the world. i never get why Radio 1 etc have to have celebrity dj's like the one for Leeds who got paid hundreds of thousands for doing a show in the morning all about himself. I don't know what other people wish for, but for me i would be happy for somebody just to announce the song name and play a record, not listen to aimless drivel for 5 records an hour.
