  1. you are an interesting poster, but you are making it up as you go. NA mentions that they are going away for a couple of days which is the change. You have a fantasy idea that NC picks the team etc, barmy on so many levels. In fact it is insulting to NA is a decent man of integrity i dont believe he would ever consider playing the fall guy.
  2. where does it say that?
  3. we will get the normal, 'only 30mins to survive ' stories and then the dealine will then unsurprisingly be pushed back again
  4. so we took 4 off them as well. talk about playing with figures to suit lol He did ok ,but he had some top players in the CCC to get tresults. he has had a better squad than most in L1 and has scrapped a few wins
  5. not sure how that says others butt out of it. personally it seems to me that he knows hes had a reprieve and has to stop making some amateur decisions, and knows he will be accountable. For the sake of the club i wish for him to get us to safety.
  6. i hope Nc has factored in relegation into his plans. There is no way this manager will keep us up.
  7. well said that man
  8. like some players that do well in the lower divisions and know their way around those leagues and then get to the top league and cannot cut the mustard, the same can be said of managers. NA has made some terrible decisions and that has cost us 5-6 points already.
  9. we are back to the RL days on here. Fans blaming the CEO for football decisions, prepared to believe he is picking the team and criticising every business decision. Iam sure the majority of large companies have CEO's who upset people connected to the company and snipe away. NC is IMO trying to put into place ML vision, so far he has done it,
  10. sign him up, we have had 3 keepers this season,at least he seems to have control of the ball
  11. he will be 1 yellow away from a suspension until when? If that is hampering his game we may as well tell him to get stuck in and make an impact on a game and if he gets a card so be it. He couldnt tackle a chip supper on the evidence i saw last night. he looked to me like the sterotypical French waiter who seemed to be too aloof to be involved with mere mortals last night
  12. hand on heart do you believe that the players have full confidence in NA? i suspect a lot of them would have lost a bit of faith how things have panned out. I was impressed with his interview after the game, but then after thinking about the game and others before i went back thinking he is lost in this league. If we dont change manager in the next 48hours we have to stick with him until next season. Waiting til after the next 2 games could mean a gap of 8-9 points. 2 games that could be won would have gone and a new man worth his salt will not risk their reputation on a lost cause
  13. J-Rod did ok, it is a tough time for all the young players, especially when played out of their usual position
  14. disinterested!!!! I think a combination of frustration, disbelief, and anger. He was the most likely to score last night and his shot that hit the bar was sublime, most of our team wold have thrashed the ball into row f (i would say row z but the majority haven't the power in the shot to reach that far) Like a lot of fans i suspect he is confused why the forward who should be first name on the teamsheet has been looked over and subbed so many times.
  15. the most overrated player in our squad. A man who doesnt tackle, cant shoot and head the ball, apart from that he's world class at jogging back slowly when he has lost out in a tackle or misplaced a pass. After the game last night Gary neville was disecting their second goal and pointed out that Fox was 5 yards in front of Odenwingie, but failed to mention that MS was a further 10 yards further back and he didnt even make it to the edge of our box when the goal went in! defensive midfileder my a###
  16. The decison now is we keep the manager for the rest of the season or change the manager as we can't afford to waste winnable games in the hope things may change.the evidence is that it wonta
  17. Great away support....but singing one Nigel Adkins!,,,,,,
  18. Remind me Morgan is a defensive midfielder, but cannot tackle or has no bravery...very odd. The players probably have lost belief in the manager as well. Would a manger now risk their reputation to join us when we are so adrift of points, confidence, and belief
  19. That is the first time you have ever made me laugh, and it was almost worth waiting for lol
  20. Great away support, those fans are the best. I can't see us getting to 14 points by the end of the season.
  21. I don't think there are many developers who live locally would pull the rug on the club. It would be hellish to face those consequences. I suspect he will be buying the ground at such a bargain privce and then rent back at such a great return he will not ever need to sell up. Of course the fans will be part of the carve up as they will campaign to get the ground for nothing and then have a buy clause to get it for a song after 5 years or so. Not once thinking that BC saved them and now are happy to cheat him of his money. I wish he was never on the scene as they would have been a club of the past
  22. I listened to 5 minutes of the game on Solent,I had to turn it off as that damn drum. It must put a lot of decent fans off going, who want to go to football not a tribal drum recital
  23. nor do I by choice but to leave NA in charge is a massive risk. The substitution of RL against MAn U with 25 minutes to go was a nonsense, to then do similar against FUlham showed he learned nothing. I suspect NA sanctioned playing the reserves with NC. And so expect he is clear about last night but !
  24. Phil, the best man in BRitish football for the job! Not IMO, he has made some pathetic calls this season and that has cost us dear. We cannot afford anymore. If HR came with JOe Jordan we may stay up. Jordan would have to be with him because HR without big Joe is not tactically aware enough. Yes it is galling to think that Rosie 47 was arriving, but to most fans who are not as engrossed as us would take him on. I recall when GH was coming back and the cost it had on the club before. If NC gets him in we may have the chance of seeing us climb the league, and with JOrdan in the changing room I don't the will to win would not be there
  25. NA stated we need stability and that is after having 3keepers and dropping/subbing our talisman. The confidence points dropped and the players faith in the manager will be vital in the long run. NA will rue the 2games where he took RL off when in winning positions as if we had only gained 2 points from those games his position would be much better today. The fans who travelled last night were short changed and it was shamefully disrespectful to them as much as anyone. I have never been on the bus but have enjoyed the success, but aim sorry to say that such a decent man is out of his depth. He will get other teams promoted again but if ML 5 year plan is to be completed it will be without NA. I am sad about this as the club need stability but we also need to stay up, the tv money is going to be even more important from next season. We went down before just at the start of the big tv revenues and we don't want that to happen again
