is that the Spinnaker Tower on top of the building? clad in glass and diamonds. We may just buy it as a mere trinket to play with, the rumour is that we are also going to have the Victory brought here as the RN are worried it will be renamed the Home Defeat if it stays in Pompey any longer

Iam surprised that Katerina's name has been brought into the open. I wish they had not , as now the dinlos who put threads out asking how to contact the owners will have a bit more info to focus on. Great news about NC though. he can feel loved again.

Who's going to start the Saints takeover thread?
-
Breaking news sky sports - Pochettino will leave if NC quits

it is so unusually in the public eye as well. Normally all this is done internally. This is not what we need as a club. -
IMO if we did not have a ruthless chairman like NC we would have kept NA and certainly gone down The. Club is moving forward and whilst some of the decisions he has made has been unfortunate, they have been made to make the club successful . I truly hope NC stays and takes us to glories we could only dream of 5 years ago

Loic Remy arrested on suspicion of rape

I suppose it is the quickest way to get their names in the papers, and then sell a story -

. Too much money too young with a lot of adulation makes them believe they are above the law. -
Just when things are looking rosy!!! I really hope NC stays, he has the drive and vision i have never seen before at our football club in over 45 years of supporting our beloved team
-
Perhaps the players are tired as Poch has tried to get them fitter to fit in with the pressing game.next season I expect us to be ready for the extra energy the new style of play requires

you're easily entertained lol

Sunderland 1-1 SAINTS // Post-Match Reaction
OldNick replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Hhis wife partner was pregnant, there could have been complications -
forget not that NA had nearly marginalised our best player, he was on the bench at Chelsea and only deigned to bring him on when we were 2down. He brought RL who changed the game and save him? Add to that his ridiculous substitutions from winniNg positions against Man U and Fulham. I doubt RL would have started many more games had NA stayed

There was talk in the papers that under Mandaric. The club was in massive debt I think it was 50+m then. MM jumped ship while he could. Imo you should not be under the illusion the overspend was after him
-
I would think of going but just worry that it would turn into an anti Cortese night. That would ruin it for me
-
I don't do Facebook and wouldn't know how to start a campaign but it would be interesting to see if a let the crowd sing Abide with me would get big support. If it did it might make the FA think
-
I assume the kick off is for world wide coverage.
-
he hates Hoddle as well
-
Just listened to it on ITv and was ruined by the opera singers who drowned out the fans. It was nothing compared to when the crowd sung it without the singers. Oh for 1976.
-
it seems our fans are no different to others, we want to watch top players and invest in the infrastructure but wish for someone else to pay for it.
-
Benteke was see as a complete waste up until Xmas, he played enough games to get used to PL football. He would be a wantedplayer at most clubs now. IMO Gaston will do ok once he gets enough games
-
I notice that the word 'from' is there, perhaps it is like the 'Sale 70% off' and then in very small letters 'up to' we see in shop windows. Good idea, and the slogan is on the same grounds as 'Saints is for life not just the Premiership'
-
its perfectly sensible Phil, when there are quality players to be had you have to get them while they are going.........oh You never know they may be useful players or double up as groundsmen and painters during the summer
-
That could be a long list to choose from
-
at the time i thought the same. Mourinho was very humble on the night and so perhaps was laying the foundations of his arrival
-
I assume this morning all the anti MP and Adkin lovers who were coming out of the woodwork and making snipes of how wonderful the last regime was are snugly back in their holes.
