well when we were balking at the price over 1m , i suggest Norwich would have jumped at it then. It was at the end of the window when Norwich apparently tried to pay a lot more. No not for that much. When we were in for him the hype was low key and i was told he was in the £1.2m area, Antonio for £1m would have been another who cut it already in this league , his power and strength gave us an option that we could do with now.

where have i said those players are free? I think i recall that the club were building a squad that would not only get us up this league but will then go on to get us up again from there. Im not sure those are in that category. Signing a bit of quality to not only assure us promotion but to kick on from there seems to be an odd opinion on this forum.
