The new FL chairman was on R5Live the other night and i phoned in with a question regarding how he viewed Pompey loaning out Richie and the like to make room for others, and so dodging the embargo. The researcher said it was a good point and they would call me so i could ask him. The BBc never did. I assume the FL chairman has a veto on the parameters of the questions.
