People are a lot braver behnd a computer or Twitter etc, face to face they become for more reasoned and polite. Quite truthfully if you if you met 'influencers' in real life you wouldn't take a seconds notice as they are weirdo's in the main. I felt the board lost credibility when they held onto Ralph so long. I had supported him early in his tenure but got bored of his poor subs and for some reason stopped the pressing. Dont be so ridiculous, it is of course not down to the fans, they have contributed. The manager, the board, the players have all got their place in this. The fans not welcoming him is also a factor. He has done little to help his cause by saying things in his attempt to defend himself but of course it has gone to make things worse. Brentford and his treatment of Lavia and thinking Theo could save the day showed he is floundering and I then turned that he should go.

100% agree with those comments. He has no chance, he had no chance and it is amazing that the board do not understand that. As I stated earlier, he could win 5 in a row and then lose one and the fans would be on his back. That does not help with performances as the players will be edgy. I doubt they look forward to playing at SMS and apart from a small period under Ralph it has been like it for a long time, since Koeman I would say. There were of course some good days when we got to the League cup final beating Liverpool but you again could sense that the fans were waiting to snap as Puel was not mr personality. Even under Koeman there were times when we were complaining, but that is the football fan, always knows better than those at the top (I'm sure i'm included in that)

Deary me, I was originally replying giving an illustration how the fan base were down on him before he started. If you believe that having the fans against you from the first minute is not a problem then Iam surprised but thats what he was up against

Ive tried to be supportive of NJ as I felt he wasnt given a fair crack from first minute. Even if he goes on a 5 game winning streak and the 6th he loses the fans will be back again calling for him to be gone. He has no chance. Fans once they have made their mind up rarely change their minds. If we win Saturday it wont be because of him and his tactics, it will be because Wolves are deemed to be crap, and we should beat them. As I say from the first minute we were down on him, I myself was incredulous but reasoned that the people choosing him must have known something us fans do not. Most of the questions were good, to mention Lawrie Mac was a joke as he took us down the first season and was hated as much as NJ. Then the why dont you go out shaking hands like the Hollywood filmstars lol, I couldnt care less about that, it means nothing

No doubt there are Pompey fans making things up to stir the pot. If a person posts as Saints4life, isnt 100% he's a Saints fan, the type of name if you want to look a fan.
