reading the posts on the Charlton site is sobering. There again it is a football forum. How many listened to the sunderland fans about Kelvin? I will be cautious after reading that, but they are bitter and do mention his bad signings. The wages and fees of course are down to the team behind him not his doing.

It is amazing they won the FA cup and some are deserting. I dont doubt all clubs have similar fans of course.

Mick I cant see how that is defending GB, just making the point that it is all well and good saying you wanted AP then butr how do we know how he fared.As for how GB is doing, still manager of the Scottish international team as far as Im aware.I have no time for him now as he walked out on us and left us in limbo the same as LM GH AB WGS and others.

To be fair to get the chance to manage a team you played for as well as in the higher league would be hard to turn down. I do agree i wouldnt want him o do the same as GH to us but I expect he has learnt from that. As for Tevez etc they were forced on him

somebody without any baggage or even past association.He has always struck me as someone who doesnt mess about and keeps a strong disipline but alos gets a team spirit going.I would also think he will be a good judge of young english players in the lower leagues he can pick up to help buils the team

WGS was as the club last week. That was only to have some treatment though
