that was 3seasons ago, hes no spring chicken, but to me its not about his goalscoring it is a case of the club working to its budget.When we have the takeover and the new owner stats to show real intent my concerns will be allayed but until the some will be very disappointed if they think we are going into a new golden age.

If he stays he will have to, to justify his high wages.I doubt there has been a club that has played in L1 football that that has a fanbase that believes they can afford players on high wages...until us of course

I was supportive yes. If by saying you were devoting your weekend (the MOST important time at present) to sorting the club out but then saying you were playing golf is not concentrating on the matter.All IMHO, he is more than welcome to play golf and it is probably a fantastic cause but the two statements dont go hand in hand do they?

I still think that the deal will go through, as the PL want money bags owners. I would expect they do not like the odea of Real Madrid having the world star players and so devaluing our league. The only nagging doubt i have about it is , if they are going to be richer than Man City etc why are they about to sell their best player? Surely they keep him and get others in.That bit does not add up IMO

if Pinnacle fail then Fry (who IMO has been delaying for ages, it doesnt matter to him as the fees are still racking up, and we have been giing him plenty of slack.When we si=ee his final bill it will make our water) will let anyone see the books for nothing IMO.
