  1. Lol, you may be right but I wouldn't risk it.
  2. I can tell you 1 thing there are plenty of employees at the club who think he is a good boss. Some cant stand him of course.
  3. when you say escorted off the premises, do you mean marched out and hushed away or that he was joined by a staff member/members who waved him off? i would not like to be the person if it is a member of the club staff if they have rubbed his nose in the ground and then he returned.. i have a horrible feeling that there will be a sting in the tail, now if the lot of them are humiliated then that will be something to behold.
  4. Im putting up defence of the football club I support that so many love to turn the knife into. Even explayers are there picking over the ahses.i wish the club had said no to the testimonial as all has ever come from it is negative vibes. I also have a horrible gut feeling we haven't seen the end of Rl and so i wouldnt feel too smug if i were you.
  5. Oh no I expect the Claus testimonial will be brought up as well.DW left us and went for the big pay day, why didnt he get OT to play the game? Probaably as not many would have turned up and so would have made much less. The club should not have to lose out and so all costs should be deducted first. Dont Celtic charge a massive amount to even turn up to play a game like that.Nobody seems to worry then. As for Sw having to phone up for the money, then I assume it was down to the organisers and the club to balance the books so the corect money was paid out. i assume it was not years later,if so then that would be wrong but if we are talking months that i would expect would not be unexpected.
  6. Good point, all those years at Uni do have a use
  7. Wave of optimism! I dont think there can be any unless a buyer steps forward. The administrator will only run the club for a while.
  8. Ill accept 900k if they dont
  9. I know that the info given to me is correct. He was in the background and left jan to do his thing. In all things people will believe what they want to and so if some want to tag them together (Ican understand why as the way they were publicised)then they will
  10. The more you think about it the more it seems it could be the case.I think if he did it would end in meltdown unless he had a massive investment with him. It was good to see LM pleading for fans to turn up last night.
  11. I dont know how we will ever know that.I have been told that he took a back seat and let Jan get on with it with his number 2.i dont think it helped how they were put up as a duo when patently jan was calling the shots in training and on matchdays regarding tactics substitutions etc.
  12. I can see the sense in the Dyer one as he was going to be a free agaent abd then we got an offer for him.Perhaps good business if we had stayed solvent.
  13. Perhaps but for the club to have reduced its debt by that much it was doing something right. Players who we had out on loan and a price atached will be sold a lot cheaper now. There was talk that Watford were going to pay in the region of 750k for Rasiak and Swansea wanted nathan. No doubt they are going to be 200k each cheaper for them to buy.Another cut at our asset value.
  14. it seems that the club were pushed into a corner, but if RL and the club were preparing for months for this day then I would expect Rl was as well. Who knows it is dangerous times. Now he has left (allegedly) I dont want him to return and the rest to go with him. I will be happier when the others are gone as well.
  15. good point, they would be fresher as well. Lol
  16. Surely you dont think if we stay up after all that has happened you would want him gone?
  17. I have hope is that the same Duncan?
  18. If that was the case then i cant see why they let/risk us go into admin
  19. Again correct.
  20. All fair and true.
  21. VK I agree if he keeps us up he will deserve to keep his job. What he will be left to work with???
  22. I think it is fair to say after the anti Lowes early attacks on Wotte are now prepared to give him a chance. He is not Lowe /Wilde/Askham/Corbett/the tyre kickers or any of the others who have failed us and the majority are giving him some slack. Duncan and Um rightly say that the club is more important at this time.A change of manager would be madness and i am very confident that LC would not get rid of him just because Lowe appointed him. i want no divisions i just want the club to survive, we just have different voiews how that can be achieved.
  23. but not in full. they will get just a part of the money owed the same as any other suppliers. Will there be drink and pies etc on sale tomorrow as the suppliers will want to be paid up front?
  24. Not my man, he is just part of a poor bunch. I think you are in dreamland if you say we are charging Pl prices.I went and watched Bournemouth and they charge £16 for bottom L2. Perhaps when we were in the Pl the prices are similar but Im sure the PL seats now are a lot more. It shows though that even though we charged quite a lot we were still losing money, tell me how we stop doing so.It is not down to the CEO's salary.
  25. Im disappointed that only 18.5k had been sold by yesterday.Considering it was a big game in the season i would have thought we would have got 22+ crowd before yesterdays events.
