LC would definately be less of an irritation to the fan base BUT he would not unite fans as he is too much of a loose cannon. My experience of him as an ambassador for our club was not good.I was a guest of one of the former directors at Bournemouth when saints played them in a preseason friendly .LC was rude and ignorant to the Bournemouth directors. They were very upset no respect was shown to them.Very embarrassing to me,being a saints fan and hearing their experience.

Good idea,I will. My wife will be chuffed when I tell her I have just been procured on the internet by a webchat room user! lol.

[quote=CHAPEL END CHARLIE;184802 . Crouch would certainly have cut expenditure last summer just as Lowe did , the only difference is that Leon with his innately superior understanding of the game would very likely have made a better job of it . Just my opinion but I doubt LC would ever have allowed all of Rasiak , Saganowski and Stern John to leave the club in its hour of need - at least one would have probably stayed and we'd be in a much healthier league position tonight as a result , even if the Chairman had to pay the players wages to do it . and how does LC have a better understanding of football????? As for the chairman paying the wages, why should/would he.He could do so now if he was so charitable.Get things into context they are all no better than useless.

being MClaggon he may of wondered if he was Scottish. He looks like he is to me

I recall walking up Goldsmiths avenue and no police were around. Got to the top where the coaches were to pick us up and then all of a sudden fights breaking out, even 2 old codgers were at it!!! I have never felt the tension like it before. The crew who were there were very handy, many I had not seen at games ever before. There were some real hard cases with us.I recall the tea wagon being rolled over in our section (Im sure it was at that game)

i was there WA2 not hiding in a tank.I dont like sucking on a Werther, and fishermans friends are definately out of the question
-
that is the picture i have in my office.Clients from Pompey never seem to be able to look at it though.
-
oddly he threatened us with investment that never was likely to happen either
-
well he is not overweight.Match fitness perhaps.I was just disappointed as going to the game as a Saints fan I wanted to be warmed by knowing we had one of our players out on the pitch looking head and shoulders above a lot of the other dross.it wasnt to be.

Thats the lad. The only light in the Luton defence.Kevin Nichols in midfield the old hand was blood and thunder, went off injured.
-
too elated that day to really care.

I was going to stay a few nights in the Victoria sidmouth this weeek but put that on hold after I saw what the air down there is doing at the moment.

are dividends still beig paid??? I thought we were losing money not paying out dividends. As for the deal, what is it?
-
Oh no I ve nowhere to put it as Im not taking down a picture of a locomotive....on second thoughts I will put it up as Ive just watched Morans goal at FP and that gave me warm memories
-
yep I never get bored of watching that.seeing 6000 saints fans celebrating like that in the vipers den warms the ****les of my heart. It was David Armstrong who does the Radio Hants summaries who provided the cross ,for the younger fans on here.
-
good news then, although I was told his goal was a cross that went in. As I say i hope it was just a bad day at the office for him, because I wish him to be a good player.
-
All very well but I would expect a player of 19 to at least show something of quality in a league 2 below the one you are hoping to play in.It may just have been one of those nights, but for me I was disappointe as i would have loved to have reported better news
-
Sandwich saint thanks for time you took for your report.
-
I think if he is in Alps company he may well jump and not need to be pushed
-
not when Wotte has been manager
-
you could've have joined in earlirer in fact you should of and we would of replied. To have done so would have been so much better.

The Luton keeper looked seriously dodgy.I agree that there were no shots for the keepers to make
-
I thought the Bournemouth fans were poor. The Luton fans in the main sang most of the game. I did like their song when they finally got a decision from Steve Bennett . 'It's a mir_ a _cle, its a miricle' sung to the tune of 'where's your mother gone' The overall quality was terrible and as for Lutons centre half he had to be plucked from a pub teams reserve side. The player who impressed me, was the Luton left back (apparently he is normally the right back) who only small moved to centre half and was good on the ball and intelligent.Reminded me of Paul Parker

if you are in agreement of course
