Luxury Volvo, back here we use those to cart manure....funny that I just see the trick of fate with that one. As for a Renault Clio... yuo are on the internet you dont have to tell the truth you could drive an Aston Martin....but I realise that a Renault Clio to you lot is what a Aston Martin to us. Have a great time, and have you had the mounties yet

It is a fantastic branding and gets all my Pompey mates uptight as in their heart of hearts know its true and never have a comeback.
-
thanks for that, it always is cheering to hear such things after a 4-1 defeat.
-
bloody hell, what is happening. As I said before get that White Witch back
-
for what it is worth I would have wanted Billy Davis as well.
-
That is something I agree with 100%

Is Thomas injured? We need to play Cork at rb and play thomas with Perry
-
Thanks for putting the meat on the bones Florida

Knowing he will put financial stability first.LC is a Saints fan and so would be blinded by that a little when making decisions, he seemed to wish to be popular as well.
-
London is location location location. As I said i believe we had tremendous potential but no money man has agreed yet.

Marco I understand your worries dont think I havent had them as well. Should RL wield the knife now? For me it is far too soon. The first goal and then Holmes (one of our better players this season) getting injured just shows how it is for us, then add to that the off side goal and we really up against it.Saying all that Jan made bad decisions with his team selection.

humour in the darkest days, you forgot the 2nd asc we would have won

It is raking old greound but if I was to want someone to get me out of a financial mess RL would be my choice above LC.Last season when the writing was on the wall we should have battened down the hatches and not spent on some high wage earners as the parachute payment was over. It was pointed out when the Wilde bunch came in that their plans to spend were a gamble. It was good for a while but like all who live on credit sooner or later the bill has to be paid.

The ball was at the front corner of the 6 yard box and he would have had to go threough about 6 players to get near it.Wotton got to it but it deflected to the far post where our rb had gone awol.It was never KDs and ask you to watch agin and you will perhaps see it wasnt KDwas at fault

I said RL is he best man out of him and LC for the job. If there were any other options I may decide on another route.

Where did I say he was a mediocre player? i dont understand your bit about Rasiak etc last year. i dont have any info on the Gasmi situation do you? I was under the impression he had gone back to his club to recouperate. As for the banks I agree they did let us take on some players but forget not we got rid of a lot of high wage earners to make room for new faces and still have a lower wage bill.Claus alone is massive wage reduction add Rasiak and Saga and you see big savings.
-
London location and the development potential made QPR a viable investment. Why did Mittal etc not buy Newcastle or Villa ? We are not such an attractive proposition as we think we are. We are not viewed as a big club and whilst I believe we have potential the money men dont.
-
The incident at the time looked worse than it was and I could understand from the refs position why he did it. The disallowed goal would not have happened as KD didnt even try and stop it as the whistle had gone.
-
As I see it, if we could find an acceptable alternative with some funds I would back it immediately. Fulthorpe has gone to ground and he was the last hope, although i didnt see his plans and so they might have been as weak as the Wilde bunchs. Wade as i say stay with us and give your support a little longer.Remember back to the hope of the last game last season and that adrenyline rush, even the away win at Derby and its times like that make days seem worthwhile.
-
As I put earlier WHOEVER ran the club was required to rid us of any saleable asset if possible and bring the wage bill down. We did not have the luxury of setting rules to the bank. Saga and Rasiak would not be the difference, Davies might have helped but he is oput injured and still would be on the treatment table. It is a difficult problem

Can you tell me how a player who played 23 times after costing 1m, out with a knee injury (we know how they can be trouble) and get a 1m profit is not fair Im surprised. He would still be out now of course and still weeks away from playing. That money was worth us being able to get Morgan and keep the bank at bay, so I see it as a fair deal.
-
Wade non of us want to accept mediocrity. Do you not think really we'd like to be Man city or even QPR. We are in the mire because the powers that be whoever you like to blame did not make plans for after the parachute payments ceased. i dont think it was an experiment but the best way to stop us going into administration. I explain why I think this above. We need you and fans like you to carry on going to support the team, just give the team a bit more of your support, I know its hard but long after RL/LC or whoever we are Saints and the club is what we support.

At the time i feared a red card would be shown. Even the very biased Holoway sadi it was unjust ,but I will not condemn that particular decision.
-
A lot you say is true but Davies was not sold for peanuts , he would not be playing still and if the excesses carried on we would be -15 now. I dont believe that LC would have taken the tough decisions as he would not risk popularity. NP may be a great success but we dont know what he required of the club to stay on. Dont forget he loaned in 3 fairly high waged players to keep us up last time. We have to try and forget NP and keep calm.It is bleak and Jan made some poor decisions in selection /subs.Many thought Killer would be easily replaced by Cork , on todays performance I think not.

Euell is out injured. We need that bloody witch again.Holmes getting injured was another blow as he was getting a good understanding with the others up front.
