What happened to Westoner? I see some similar posts of his style on this thread and some others. Has he changed his posting name?

How about the stay aways because of the way the club is being run, particularly Lowe, pick a game where they all agree to attend but first sending out a missive to the board that they are going to do that to show what they are missing? That might be a positive protest. If it took the attendance beyond the break even figure it would be food for thought not only for the board but the banks and future investors.

I have found it better not to respond to Stanley. I know some of his history.

Yes Duncan, if they go back up the parachute payment stops. In fact last year or may be the year before there were calls for the money saved by the premier be distributed between the lower leagues. I think some was.

Results of yesterdays board meeting...
Weston Saint replied to Dibden Purlieu Saint's topic in The Saints
I said I was told a board meeting 3 weeks time and the last board meeting was on the day of the Sheffield United game. I was not told a specific date, just three weeks. I have not heard anything else since but if my source reads this I am sure he will ring me if his information was right or wrong. -

Just a thought. Bearing in mind the make up of the team last Saturday, does this not suggest that the present board are getting behind the Manager and letting him get on with the job. I appreciate we all, well most of us, have issues with Lowe and Wilde but should we now take the same approach as the board and support the Manager and the Team? I am not against protests and applaud young Bowers and others for getting off their backsides and doing something rather than moan on here but think not about the reason for the protest but what it was supposed to achieve. Last Saturday's team and performance would suggest the message may have got through. Let's give them all a chance this Saturday to show they continue to listen.

Bournemouth still can't get approval for Thomson

But he is not doing it for BC, why would it have been any different for us! -

Take away the s and you should then realise why! -
Let's clear up the SOS interview with Wilde on the Manager subject. Wilde was asked about Pearson (he had only been employed a few weeks at the time) and Wilde said he was untried, inexperienced and not a good choice. I asked what he would do and he said he would get an experienced continental manager in, that was his present thinking. He did not link that with Lowe specifically. We had no idea that he was linking up with Lowe until a few days later when it was becoming obvious via telephone conversations and then I received a note from someone proposing a joining with someone as an independent Chairman. I contacted Wilde who said I knew his position on an Independent Chairman (we was against the idea) but he was talking to Lowe. We pulled SOS contacts from then on not wanting to be associated with another splinter group (we would have supported them all coming back until a buyer had been found)

Yep it seems that way. First real evidence. Mostly hearsay before that.

Those minutes were produced by the same bllshtter you have named on this post. Actually it was someone else who showed me telephone texts and I would appreciate you not speculating on the name Steve. That said it was McLoughlin who was linked with Lowe and when Lowe could not get the others to agree to sell McLoughlin tried the direct approach with Crouch and Wilde although Wilde saw through it pretty quick. It all got quite messy and nasty after that. -

They were not in the know then. I know Lowe had no intention coming back at that time. In fact in January of last year he was trying to sell his shares but could not find a buyer without Wilde and Crouch agreeing to sell as well. -
Now if you had told me it was Rule 16 I would have accepted your advice unconditionally

Found it myself under AIMS rules An AIM company must prepare a half-yearly report in respect of the six month period from the end of the financial period for which financial information has been disclosed in its admission document and at least every subsequent six months thereafter (apart from the final period of six months preceding its accounting reference date for its annual audited accounts.) All such reports must be notified without delay and in any event not later than three months after the end of the relevant period. The information contained in a half-yearly report must include at least a balance sheet, an income statement, a cash flow statement and must contain comparative figures for the corresponding period in the preceding financial year. Additionally the half-yearly report must be presented and prepared in a form consistent with that which will be adopted in the AIM company’s annual accounts having regard to the accounting standards applicable to such annual accounts.
