How does this 'initial 1,200 ticket' allocation work? Surely that's quite a low number or Saints expecting to sell 30k or so to the home crowd? I'd imagine it'd be quite well attended so would have thought they'd give 3k or so to a prem side ?

Tuesday night, doubt they'll bring many more than 1k down here tbh. If they do then we'll just send em some more, if they don't then the ticket office can open up more of the Northam to home fans. No problem imo

We give them 1200 first and they come back to us if they want more. By doing it that way the club has a better understanding of the away ticket sales rather than being told a final figure a day before the game. Knowing sales will help in terms of planning of police, food , staff etc.

I suppose they coud jsut ask BCFC for an update but maybe they (or other away teams) have been useless in supplying the information in the past.

Quick question though, I want to buy online and purchase my own ST seat - how do I do that? Appears that it assigns a random seat number?

Woo hoo - first to get tickets for Bham :) (unless someone was quicker online). They updated the OS a few minutes later to say ST can't book their seats online so phoned the ticket line instead. 4 minutes later, kerching :)

Why isn't this being played on Wednesday 26th as Hampshire have a floodlit match at the Rose Bowl on the 25th. Surely there must be some consultation?

I have written to the club about this and would ask the likes of Bungle, Manji, Leicestersaint, Chrisobee and other Hants/Saints fans to do likewise.

FF says try Dave Luker.

Does anyone know if they have solved the software ****ch which stopped you buying your own seat yet?

No, they haven't Mike. Tried to get our seats on Saturday morning, and one had already been sold.

Why season ticket holders are purchasing different seats is beyond me, but it's frustrating when you can't even get your own seat for a cup game.

When you ring the ticket line, they ask for your customer number. Surely this number tallies with the seat location? Thought that would be a pretty logical way to check, but there you go.

I tried to book online on Saturday morning but could not get my ST seat so I phoned, got straight through, got my own seat, got the discount, nae bother, sorted !!

They told me the software problems are being worked on and should be solved soon !

Yeah got mine in the end, just realised they've overcharged me tho, £10 instead of £8

Got the £2 refund from the club after mentioning the discrepancy when booking online (felt a bit guilty mentioning it as it's still a great price).

Told that the site should have picked that up automatically but didn't. They are looking into it. Also told that the ST seat reservation issue will be sorted for the next round (so apparently we are going to beat Birmingham)!!

Nope, i had to pay adult, concessions applies to juniors not sure about seniors.

Anyway i phoned back straight away and got the 2 quid refunded so no problems there.

I just emailed Saints and they said Young Adults are classed as Concessions for cup games.
