There was someone on here who posted saying that he received some tickets that weren't his and got in touch with Luker to send them back. Can't find the post, but whoever it was deserves 16 pints.

You might of thought this was me due to the previous posts I had made but this is a different case!

Get this! - I emailed David Luker about the 9 tickets I had received in error and had no response. I then this morning emailed the ticket office and they called me on my mobile.

I have to say I am very unimpressed by the girl I spoke to. She asked me to send the tickets by recorded delivery back to the stadium.

Therefore the ticket office are requesting that I take time out to safely return the tickets by recorded delivery and fund their f uck up as well! To add insult to injury she didn’t even say thanks! Shame on you ticket office! :(

In that case, f*ck 'em.

Personally, I think the club should send out a courier to pick them up, that or offer sexual favours.

That is exactly what I thought! :)

But seriously their attitude was s hit! I could easliy take the tickets to London and flog them in bar and be completely untraceable. I have the names of the people the tickets are intended for (unfortunately no address) as their coach vouchers are included. I would rather send the tickets directly to the intended recepients as I am starting to think the ticket office really are in a mess!

Life lesson for me today is...'Dont bother doing the right thing as it will end up costing you!' :(

You're life lesson should be to ask to speak to someone who sounds like they know what they're talking about.

I'm amazed the ticket office treated you so off hand, they are normally extremely helpful. I wouldn't have thought its all that busy right now with Wembley all sorted so you'd think they'd bend over backwards to sort this out.

Saint or not there's no chance of me queing up at the post office and then paying for recorded delivery. At the very least I'd want my costs paid for. They have taken the **** with the `booking fees' for this game and made a small fortune no doubt on the 44k tickets (I presume we get some sort of cut).

When I was on the scrounge for tickets for the Final and for the the Brighton, Orient and Charlton games, I emailed the ticket office in case they felt like being helpful, especially as I was working on such a tight time schedule.

They were useless.

Although I didn't really expect them to help with the cup final tickets, I also asked them a couple of other questions, like was I still on the ticket database - which even after a couple of emails they didn't even answer.

Luckily, a friend on Facebook came up trumps with the wembley tickets. I've given up hope for the Brighton ones, and I'll be getting tickets for Orient and Charlton on Friday.

I thought it might just have been my bad luck, but it really does seem like they couldn't really give a sh*t.

I really hope there aren't too many others out there still waiting for tickets!

Do the club not have a DHL or TNT account? I'm sure they must do! Ring them back find out the courier account number then get the relevant courier to pick them up using that number.

I must add that I've always found the ticket office to be helpful and polite, I recently swapped tickets no problem and they even refunded me the difference. Top customer service.

I suspect they have a lot on their plate at the moment and I suspect that a number of customers are not being that polite to them.

Hi, I'm Jason King. I believe you have my tickets? Can you pop over with them, there's a love.

Seriously, if there are 2 tickets NOT in the top tier, can I have them off you? You can have mine at Everest Base Camp in return. :-)

9 x £34 tickets available!

I will hang onto them just incase the ticket office get their act together before Sunday!

Failing that I will hand them out for free in a bar in London before the match.

That was me. I just thought it was the right thing to do. The ticket office asked me to send them back, recorded delivery and I say "F*ck that! I shall have a courier come and drop them off at the stadium". I paid for it as well. That's just how I am, I don't expect any thanks for it, after all, we're all Saints fans.

Fair play to you, very good of you! :)

I certainly will not be paying out of my pocket for a situation forced upon me especially after making phones calls and emails to the club and having zero response. I have spent enough time trying to help them sort their f uck up out!

Really does put the £3.00 booking fee per ticket in perspective! Shame on the ticket office!

If i were you i'd go above Lukers head and contact Nicola Cortese and tell him exactly how you've been treated. The ungrateful ****s.

Actually the Echo piece refers to our tickets and the group of mates who i am going up to Wembley with in our minibus.

As i said last week on another post, our sixteen tickets were accidently posted to another address and we had to wait for the person who received them to bring them back to St Marys.

Bit of a non story really, because as promised they were returned with no problem at all.

The Echo phoned one of my mates and tried to get details, but he didnt want to name names or disscuss the matter.

Thats it in a nutshell really.
