What is happening to Bart did he sign another contract?

I don't know but allowing Poke to move on suggests to me that he is staying, will be a good move as well because Bart is a great backup to Davis and can easily fill his void as has been proved, imo of course.

you have to wonder about barts ambitions..

playing 2nd fiddle in a div 3 side.

glad he is staying but such a waste really

He is still young, goalies mature later than other footballers and play for longer, Davis won't be around forever and Bart must know the situation otherwise he would move on. I agree with you and glad that he is staying assuming he is of course.

yes, he is a great back up..probably would be first choice for many teams in this league and for one or two in the league above..

I would like to think he is waiting for his time....IMO, davis has got (probably) 2 seasons at this form left in him..

davis (for me) hsa become a mini legend...turned around the critics, stayed loyal at a time when he could have got more money sat on the bench in the prem and played his heart out for the last couple of years..

ok, maybe mini legend is too strong..but you get what I mean I hope

I agree about the legend status but dont think he is a really good goalie - shot stopper yes but commanding his area no

I agree with this, yes not a brilliant goalie because he doesn't command his area well enough but as delldays said he stayed loyal when we got relegated, he could easily of moved on and I believe he was offered a contract at West Ham, to stay loyal to a division 3 club does claim respect. I personally would like Bart to be our number one, he is very good in all departments, he will make mistakes but he is still very young in goalkeepers terms. He did very well during Davis's injury last season.

If we get back to the Prem with Davis in goal, he will go down as a legend for me.

Bart's kicking is awful. Proper rank. KD is easily the better choice given our style of play.

And KD is any better at kicking? Bart has his faults as I have already said but his kicking isn't always bad, perhaps you should watch more often. Our style of play also doesn't reflect how the keeper plays and I think you will find Bart is more inclined to throw the ball out quickly after gathering it more so than Kelvin does.

Yes .... so small and so insignificant that theu only took Four points from us last season ....

I doubt they'll be getting four points off us this season.

(If they do, then I will deny ever having said this ;) )

Brighton fans really getting irritating. Making out like they have robbed him from us. Same with Calderon. Such a small insignificant little club.

Well, we released Poke a month ago, so it was a f**king drawn out robbery.
