What Do You Think The Saints Job Pays?

Now the manager is sorted, i was trying to guess what the job actually pays.

I think I read (Not sure how accurate) that Adkins was on 150k at scunny.

 

I think (Pure guess) about 200k, plus promotion bonus, does that sound about right?

NC will have used his experience from his banking days to structure a performance related pay package.

Though probably with bonuses as some have said. Can't really look at his scunny wages as they are a poor club and he was completely unknown when he took over.

Based on record, Adkins should be worth a similar amount - but I'd hazard a guess at £300k basic + hefty bonuses based on league position.

As has been suggested I would hope it is fairly well weighted towards performance related incentives though it's probably quite difficult to get prospective managers to agree to these as they cannot control what resources (players) will be at their disposal at the end of a transfer window. I think we can safely say it's more than Scunny pay though!!

NC is extremely astute and performance bonuses will play a big part in NA salary - as it should. Probably something he'd not achieved signing the 'wow' manager so many people wanted.
