southbourne saint Posted 10 January, 2011 Share Posted 10 January, 2011 Sky sports reporting that he is set to take over at the Addicks. Good news and bad news should see the end of Bompeys challenge, but could this reignite Charlton and we still have to plat them twice.

Whitey Grandad Posted 10 January, 2011 Share Posted 10 January, 2011 Hmm, Bournemouth play home to Brighton on the 22nd. I was hoping that they could cancel each other out. Now I'm not so sure.

I'd rather Brighton keep winning for the moment against other top teams and the rest fall by the wayside. We'll catch Brighton in time, but would like to get to a point where we have some breathing room in second.
Toomer Posted 10 January, 2011 Share Posted 10 January, 2011 Where ever Howe ends up he could well still be in League 1 next season.

The Majestic Channon Posted 10 January, 2011 Share Posted 10 January, 2011 Bournemouth will start slipping up soon anyway so not worried about that. Still, an amazing job to get to 2nd. Fairly embarassing for our squad I hope given the differences in resources. People have been saying that since about september.

I dont give a stuff about Brighton if they keep beating the teams around us. I'm not greedy, going up in second place will do me. Much rather have breathing space in second than one point off top but about 3 or 4 teams right up our backsides so to speak ;-)
