Also, why not during the game?

Maybe the distraction will improve the performance :smt102

Well,anythings worth a go i suppose.

Should really be focusing on trying to spur on/encourage the nippers, perhaps it should of been sung the moment he got his feet under the table again to be honest.

Well, if what people are saying about RL interfering and the team getting more annoyed about that is true, maybe it's the elixir we've been searching for?

A few people started singing it in the concourse at half time, but it soon fizzled out.

But i bet we will start to hear it soon,if theres enough of us left at SMS to sing it.

They were told in no uncertain terms what mongs they were for singing it and soon got the message, as did the people walking out at half time.

I am such a hypocrite, as I have left early many times and sung for Lowes head many times, infact my claim to fame was starting the famous ' Stand up if you want Lowe out' at Ipswich a couple of years ago.

I am allowed to sing things like this, but it annoys me if others do.

On another subject, there was some funny chants coming from the back of the Northam on Saturday. Never seen the Northam all sit down so quickly when the 'Stand up if you ****ged Elton' started.

It did get me thinking, would this be classed as homophobic chanting in the same way that Sol Campbell incident, or is it ok to sing songs like that if it's 'just for a laugh' ?

That will be the problem, we had enough fans in the premiership for the song to be heard, now with attendances so low we will struggle to outsing the local choir.

You got to wait a bit longer . Nick Illy was right in what he wrote about keeping the faith regardless.

Do not agree with you for a change...we have all become too apathetic and accept whatever crap is thrown our way...enough is enough.

It really is time for a change, bring on Administration even though it may hurt some financially, if its best for the future of Saints ...just do it

Sing swing low[e] yet?

Or is it still too early?

If it's too early, how long should we wait before we can sing the song?

As long it is not during the 90 mins of the game, fill your'e boots.

There is a myth that singing this during the game affects performance.

The last time there were Lowe out protests in earnest (before, during and after each game), we won 7 of our last 8 games that season - our best run for many years.

Our best run in many a year, so perhaps it isn't a myth after all.

You could argue that with the focus on Lowe, it would take the pressure off the youngsters.
