once_bitterne Posted 13 November, 2008 Share Posted 13 November, 2008 Shouldn't that have been 20 footballers most likely to spend time in prison?

Window Cleaner Posted 13 November, 2008 Share Posted 13 November, 2008 wheres lallana? Too old, he's the present,or not, depends on how you look at it. Think he's 21 next year, that's an old age pensioner nowadays. Same age as Fabregas I think.
jeff leopard Posted 13 November, 2008 Share Posted 13 November, 2008 I see Mark Beevers was selected, (ahem) regardless of what side you play for, there's nothing like watching Beevers really going for it and dribbling down the flanks

Saint Mikey Posted 14 November, 2008 Share Posted 14 November, 2008 Nile Ranger - How much did we get for him? Nothing. We let him go and if you'd seen his MySpace page, you'd understand why. Braaap!
Scummer Posted 14 November, 2008 Share Posted 14 November, 2008 The 20 was 1 player from each Premiership club Crystal Palace, Leeds, Charlton and Sheffield Wednesday are not Premiership clubs. In fact, Leeds have two players on the list, so there are only 15 premiership players in the 20.
Black Sea Saint Posted 14 November, 2008 Share Posted 14 November, 2008 Quite delighted none of our young lads are mentioned. Let them grow up quietly. I think most clubs' scouting systems involve more than waiting for The Guardian's annual "Top 20 for the future" article.
Junior Mullet Posted 14 November, 2008 Share Posted 14 November, 2008 I don't know what he did whilst he was here, nor do I give a toss about his myspace page. I beleive we gave up on him to easily. He looked our best goalscoring threat last year in the youth team and he not only looks the spitting image of Kenwyn Jones, he played like him too - only much better at the same age I am sure. With the right coaching and mentoring he will become a very good premiership player. Just hope there was a very very good reason to let him go. eelpie Posted 14 November, 2008 Share Posted 14 November, 2008 Nile Ranger - yet another promising striker disposed of by Rupert. What is it that he has against strikers and defenders?
Johnny Shearer Posted 14 November, 2008 Share Posted 14 November, 2008 Nile Ranger - yet another promising striker disposed of by Rupert. What is it that he has against strikers and defenders? Just do a bit of googling and you'll see why Saints let him go. However as this is football other clubs will always be there to take players up no matter what they've done most of the time (well in most cases).
