badgerx16 Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago (edited) Jimmy Kimmel outlines Trump's strategy; 1) Send ICE into Democrat run cities 2) Label people opposed to this as ANTIFA and Insurrectionists 3) Invoke the Insurrection Act and mobilise the Army for domestic deployment 4) Cancel the mid-term elections, ( which apparently are not needed as his Administration is doing such a GREAT JOB ! ). badgerx16 Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago From CBS via the BBC; "A couple says their six-month-old baby stopped breathing after ICE agents tear gassed them and their six children in their car, they told CBS News, the BBC's US partner. Shawn and Destiny Jackson were driving with their children - an 11-year-old, a seven-year-old, four-year-old twins, a two-year-old and a six-month-old baby boy - when they got trapped between ICE agents and protesters. "They stopped at my car, and they proceeded to yell in and said 'get out of here'. Well, they used profanity. And my husband screamed and said 'we're trying'," Destiny Jackson told CBS. Jackson told CBS that she was concerned about pulling her car away while the ICE agents were nearby because of what happened with Renee Good. Agents then placed a tear gas canister under the car, which had its windows open, she told CBS. "Within seconds, there was a big boom and our car was up in the air and we slammed down and all of our airbags deployed and all of our doors locked. And tear gas just started forming, a ball of gas just started forming around the car," Jackson said. By the time she was able to grab her six-month-old baby and give him CPR, he was foaming at the mouth and appeared lifeless. "I couldn't even breathe myself, and all I remember is between every breath, I was saying, 'I'm going to give you every breath I have until you get yours back.'" The Jacksons told CBS that all their children have physically recovered from the incident, but are having trouble sleeping after the trauma.Β "
badgerx16 Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago According to a former Department of Homeland Security Chief of Staff who held the position during Trump's first term, Donnie had been desperate to invoke the Insurrection Act during that first term, and at one point in 2019 he and other administration staff had to intervene to stop Trump at the last minute editing a televised speech in which he wanted to do so. This chap reckons the IA has been on the agenda since day #1 of the second term and Trump and Stephen Miller are actively working to enable it.

badgerx16 Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago (edited) "Top federal prosecutors in Minnesota have resigned after the Department of Justice pushed to investigate the widow of Renee Good and rebuffed an investigation into the Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer who fatally shot her last week." They were told that they will not be investigating the shooter, which is established standard practice in shootings involving Federal agents, but rather how Renee Good snd her wife were the "instigators" of the incident.
