Tamesaint Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago (edited) Why do so many tv producers think that when watching sport we want close ups of people in the crowd or backroom staff picking their noses? I want to see what is happening on the pitch. Saints TV is pretty bad at missing the action and instead showing replays / crowd shots / managers on the touchline (Leicester nearly scored last week when we were being shown a replay) but Sky's coverage of cricket this morning has been dreadful. Fruity birds jigging up and down waving Sri Lanka flags or 5 year old girls making heart shapes with their hands may appeal to some but why not just show the action on the pitch? TBF there is a lot of spare time in cricket
Weston Super Saint Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Sometimes the football coverage on sky sports+ is awesome when they only have one camera. Forces them to focus on the action!
