To have a job in the industry he is qualified for, very close to an area he has lived in for a significant part of his life. Plus for a team that still has a decent income, wage budget, transfer budget, squad, facilities and with parachute payments. 

I doubt he'd do it as a stop gap for Eckert if he got a long term ban. It would need to be if Eckert was sacked. I'd still be surprised if it happened in either of those situations.

Perhaps their owners are having to tighten their purse strings esp as the US & Israel / Iran war of attrition carries on . Their plans for a new stadium etc seem to have stalled and with financial rules they are selling off their top players , welcome to Saints world !

Think content creators are just doing it for clicks. Bigger names attract bigger audiences. Seen some YouTuber do exactly the same putting Howe the title of his daily upload yesterday. Blackmore under the guise of a credible outlet is doing the same. Needs the engagement to keep avoiding cuts. 

People on here just convince themselves if someone in the public is saying it then there must be something in it and it’s possible. Little critical thinking and imagination.
