BBC predictor, where do you see us?

We've only won 3 games on the trot mate. Maybe a tad optimistic at this point?

I'd love you to be right though.

I honestly tried to put in what I thought the scores would be based on the current form and the first half of the season. I was rather shocked where we came out to be honest.

Im thinking of asking a few chaps at work to do it for me to see what they come up with, I believe they are mainly Premierleague club fans, so shouldn't have too much bias.

Pancake,

If you do honestly believe your predictions, I have a great money-making scheme for you.

Saints are quoted at about 11/10 to be relegated, so you should be able to get not far off evens that we stay up, maybe 6/4 on. If you think we'll get 58 points, this is a fantastic bet.

Ive already got some cash on various ups and downs in the leagues ;) but I dont ever bet on Saints.

Actually, have just done it myself - and I'm a pessimist - I came up with us finishing 15th on 55 points with Blackpool (45pts), Barnsley (43) and Charlton (36) going down.

How do you post ur predictor table here by the way? A simpel cut and paste doesn't seem to work...

Well I just filled this in and had us finishing 19th with Blackpool & Barnsley below us leaving Palace , Norwich & Charlton to be relegated. I based this on Palace's non- scoring run, but must have got a bit carried away.:smt017

I hit print screen, edited the image in Paint and uploaded it to photobucket (the least techy solution!)

I used the website's own facility. Printed the final predictor screen. Cropped it in Paint Shop Pro, and saved it. Then uploaded to the site via the managed attachment facility.

For Luddite ignorami like me, it should be explained that if you click on St Landrew's table thumbnail, it will enlarge so that you can actually read it.

HTH :)

I took your advice and just did it myself so here goes:-

1 Reading 92points

2 Wolves 92

3 Cardiff 89

4 Birmingham 81

5 Swansea 80

6 Sheff U 78

13 Saints 57

22 Norwich 46

23 Blackpool 42

24 Chalton 36

We will see but I will certainly take us with anywhere around 54-58 points.

Mine worked out very similar, Saints in 16th on 54 points with the following relegated:

Blackpool 45

Barnsley 42

Charlton 38

I'd settle for that. Its an interesting exercise, I think what we sometimes forget is how many points the teams around us are taking off each other while we just relentlessly grind out victory after victory (oh yeh)

QPR(h) WIN

And how exactly did Norwich get 17 or more points then??

Why thank you for that - I never read the techy bit of this site (see caveat re Luddite / ignoramus above) and I've struggled with attachments in the past.

Now I know :)

Ta. Scummer said it was crap. There's thanks for ya. He doesn't consider for a moment that using this facility won't plaster the webpage, you might be on, with a huge picture. Oh no..!

Watford 1 - 0 Saints

Wolves 3 - 1 Saints (Teleivsed)

Saints 2 - 2 Crystal Palace

Sheff Weds 1 - 2 Saints

Saints 2 - 2 Burnley

Just logged in, in a similar [ah-hem] way, and you're right, there is no facility. Sorry about that. Perhaps we'll see if that can be amended.

Didn't say it was crap, just not as good a method as Pancake had used in this thread. And surely the pictures are the whole point of this thread? Imagine if you had to click a link in every single post on the thread.........

Really worked for SuperMikey didn't it. Looks like he took a picture with his mobile and then sent it to his FaceBook profile!!

BTW for those that want something small and less complicated than Paint Shop there is a free program called Paint.Net which I use, does all I want.
