Yeah not feeling this. How much of the wage budget will this eat into? Would rather invest in future talent like brighton do instead of taking their cast offs

Really hoping we can sign him but understand West Ham wanting to keep him. We looked a lot worse when he didn't play so if we don't sign him we'd need someone in the same role.

Really hoping this doesn't happen

We're back baby!

He clearly had to come off straight away there and continuing to play him was risky for the team

3-1 probably a fair reflection

Long ball from the GK leads straight to a goal. Forget passing out from the back, just keeping hoofing it

Terrible game plan and terrible execution. Nowhere near good enough

Comparing it to £12.00 for a NOWTV 24h pass for the first match https://www.nowtv.com/gb/watch/sports/collections/top-events

Thanks for 5 goals in 3 years I guess

Relegation has felt like death by a thousand cuts over a few years. Think most of the comments already made summarise it all pretty well

In a season of total disaster this loss probably hurts me the most

Manager isn't cut out for this

Southgate fury at conceding 2 goals was very weird considering 1 was a fairly random sympathy penalty. No joy at scoring 6 now we get this performance. Bizarre

The subs have injected a lot more entertainment

Anti-football

30 minutes of defence?

McCarthy playing his way onto the bench

Defence looking like our weak spot atm

excellent save there

Every shot from Liverpool outside the box has been miles off target. Nerves maybe?

Such a shame. Oh well nevermind.

I miss Danny Rohl

embarrassing

Kinda hoping we upgrade the national anthem to 'I vow to thee my country' when the Queen eventually passes. Far better song
