With all due respect, this idea sucks ass ( for want of a better expression ) I will tell you what is going to happen... the papers, the media et al will all be there, ready to snap away at this huge 'protest' ..... .... the reality is that at the most, a hundred people will turn up.... these will be made up of kids, probably an average age of 13.... who will be more interested in singing stupid songs and getting their mugs on TV and in the paper than actually protesting about Lowe. Basically we will look a laughing stock, Lowe will be sitting in his Scottish hotel having a good old chuckle at the scenes. Prove me wrong, but I am sure this is how it will end up. The best protests are the spontaneous ones, during and after the game. You certainly won't be getting me out of the pub at 1pm, missing the best part of a matchday, and that will be the same for the vast majority.

One thing though.... the club are still actively recruiting full-time permanant staff, certainly as of today... for positions which are 'dispensable' ie: not ticket office staff, matchday staff etc etc which are needed regardless ... would they being doing this if administration was round the corner?

I have not agreed with Saints Trust or their principles from day one, my thoughts have never changed, and due to alot of the actions, my reasoning in not agreeing with their principles has proved justified on countless occasions. You can dress it up any way you want, just face it that the VAST majority of people do not want the Saints Trust anywhere near the board of Southampton FC..... and definately not speaking to media outlets claiming to represent not only their members ( of which they don't, as very few have actually chosen to be members ) or the Saints fanbase in general. Lastly, the fact that nobody has responded to this message since last night just shows how little people care about Saints Trust. This is your chance to make a name for yourselves.... what are you lot doing? Writing a blog and doing the odd newspaper interview. LMAO

If Saints Trust claim to have 320 members, then if I am show proof of every one of these opting in by way of signature or subscription in the last 12, then I again, will donate £100 to Danny Wallaces charity ( or any other charity the ST deems a worthwhile cause ) Surely worth the effort Saints Trust?

If SISA was re-launched or a completely new organisation was set up then yes, not a chance with Saints Trust though. They have been misleading fans and directors of SFC for too long... 838 members? My arse.... not even 10% of that are paid up and 'opted in' members. This is an opportunity for ST to prove me wrong. The FACT is that the Saints Trust will never do anything to compromise their 'friendship' ( or to be more accurate, the people on the ST boards friendship ) with the Directors of SFC. The ST is more interested about getting a seat on the board and getting all the juicy goss than they are about running a supporters club. I challenge the board of Saints Trust to come on here and post ACCURATE figures as to their membership. Do not include people who have not paid. Do not include people who have not opted in by way of signature to have their membership renewed. Do not include Cardiff Saints etc etc who affiliate their members, regardless of whether their members want to be affiliated. What I want to know is how many members have either paid their money, or signed a form and opted in to being a member of Saints Trust in the last 12 months. Surely this is a figure that any prospective member should be entitled to know. I do not know of ONE PERSON who used to be a member who has been asked to renew, I also do not know a single person who would actually renew if they had the choice. Come on ST, how many members....

Sorry but having anything to do with Saints Trust automatically rules him out of having any credability to his report. WHAT have the Saints Trust done? Seriously, our club is in the middle of it's most turbulant time of our history, on the very brink of extinction. The last 'action' that the ST took was to look into ticket reductions, with no result of that investigation published, although Lukers recent article saying they intend to do it again suggests what they were told to do with their 'investigation'.... On the same day, they published results of a 'survey' on members whom have not renewed ( I thought they were not given an opportunity to renew, just assumed they would and added to the numbers ) What happened as a result of this survey? I can't see any change, infact it's been over 2 months since anything other than a blog. The Saints Trust is a complete joke, the people running it are making the figures up. I tell you something.... I will happily meet with any member of the Saints Trust, show me 838 members who have paid their subscription fee in the last 1 year and/or have 'opted in' to join the ST and I will donate £100 to Danny Wallaces charity, that is my promise to you. The TRUTH is that the Saints Trust have very few ( I would estimate less than 50 ) paid-up members, I could go round my local pub, get a few names and be justified in saying I represent a larger base of fans. Saints Trust is a joke who are ripping fans off, if they are not taking money off people and giving f-all back, they are fraudulantly using peoples names to completely over-exaggerate their membership numbers. Now, if they pulled their fingers out, with the feeling at the moment, they could easily get their membership up to 838, but when the real number is less that 10% of that, why are they trying to mislead Saints fans and the board of SFC into thinking they represent a significant amount of fans.

lol@ some of the posts on here. For most of the second half I was chanting anti-lowe songs, some of them based on pure hatred, others being more comical, not once did anyone tell me to shut up. I love the way some of the people on here are saying " I agree about Lowe, but save the chants for after the game "....... ..... funny that, but looking around outside reception after, the peoplen there were mainly the same people that have been calling for his head during the game, surely all these " support the lads for the 90 minutes " would have taken the opportunity to vent their anger? NO...... because all the wet saps that moan on here 24/7 are quite happy to sit back and watch our club rot to the core. It is not hard for all the mugs that think the anti-lowe stuff affects the team ( lol ) to sing a little louder and drown it out is it? This is why I like the back of 42, the Lowe out songs were being sung, you could tell some people didn't like them, but hey.... they are not coming on here slagging them off. We were laughing at the plastics going missing and the pathetic attendance from kick-off, it is sad times being a Saints fan. The good thing about the 'left' side of 42 is you can say what the f*ck you want and you won't get much grief. Fair play to the few lads that got on the pitch, fair play to the 2-300 that went round to reception after, fair play to the lads who were fighting with each other during the game, people might slag them off, but it's better they got it sorted face to face rather than coming back and logging on to TSF to vent their anger. I am old enough to have seen the Branfoot days, this is worse though, ok you could argue that Lowe cannot do much about the situation now, but let's not forget that it was him that got us here in the first place. We got Branfoot out through passion and intimidation, the same can be done with Lowe and Wilde ( who in my opinion is worse ), if everyone sticks together. Absolutely f*cking fed up with SFC, I f*cking wish I could walk away, but I can't.

Matt Patterson is on £500 a week, I knows that FACTO, so that is a good idea as to what the rest are on. So...... We could have a squad of 1000 Matt Pattersons for the price of Kaka! F*cking rubbish is the English game now, ruined by the foreign invasion. It does make me seriously think about whether to keep on turning up at Saints, although I still will. Having said that, if there was a Southampton version of FC United or AFC Wimbledon, then as much of a super-fan I am ( (8 ) I would be very tempted to spend my Saturday afternoons watching a team jump up through the leagues and wouldn't want them to get any higher than League 2, possibly League 1.

Yes, took a massive pa-cut in the short term, with realistic potential. But as far as jobs go, this has to be right up there with the best in terms of easyness and the ability to ogle at chicks in bikinis and skimpy gym stuff.
