Thinking about taking advantage of the scrappage scheme to get my missus a new car, as cash is a bit tight at moment, anyone any experience of this car
-
Andy i am reading the book at the moment, funny thing was i read that chapter last night, agreed he was a bit stupid to write it But 3 pages of posts seem excessive to me, i have not nor will many others change our opinion of him did anyone really believe that heroes like him, paine and channon never did anything dodgey
-
but he is hardly likely to be betting on kicking a ball out
-
Just makes him even more normal, who here would not fleece a bookie if they could. no game was lost or won because of this incident. i wait for the cyber moral brigade to protest
-
I think walkups have been about 2 to 3 k so far, per game
-
where, not under fratton surely
-
bad news is they have appointed Boothroyd as manager, new manager against saints normally bad news
-
Local Derby bet the OB are not happy, all afternoon drinking before Kick Off

the tv coverage thread got me thinking of other things that change as you go down the leagues. biggest thing i have noticed is that it is a waste of time and money to buy a sunday paper and look for a decent match report about saints. also watching games and not knowing who the players are , especially away team also leaving home later and getting home earlier from games
-
forget a few negative cyber fans , the mood in the pubs around the city is up beat for the first time in 3 years
-
Also very quiet , ever since the Milton End was given a roof the away support has matched the Fratton End, still they will soon have a new ground, training complex, caravan park and supermarket, if corp is right
-
frankly with the starts Leeds and Charlton have on us now, 22 pts, the best we can hope for is the play offs. me i would settle for mid table ending the season with a team capable of walking the league next season
-
i think that it is harder to kill a game off in this division because of the hurly burly nature of the football, teams chase you to win back the ball and then launch it into the box, the one thing we still cannot deal with confortably
-
a very fair summary in my opinion, i felt that after the Brentford game.

Cyber world or skatesville

So you stay away when results and performances are a bit iffy and come back when things improve you come back. Perhaps you should stay away

Vote for MLT as the greatest ever Premier League striker
70's Mike replied to waggy's topic in The Saints
Up to 20% if Nineteen and his "mates" vote that will add at least 5 votes -
either another center back or center midfield
-
Interesting lets hope he has got some good ones who can persuade people we are back and going places. Hope the local area does not get forgotten
-
agreed Thomas has the concentration powers of a ????????
-
Thought James did well in midfield, problem when he is at Right Back is lack of support defensively in front of him. Murty was experienced enough to cope when Mellis did not track Carr , James was not.

Sorry I was not implying Leon was a hanger on , in fact anyone who reads my posts would know, i was firmly in his camp. Just noticed the Box was no longer showing their names AND that there were very few people on the Saints side of the Directors Box.
-
See the Leon and Lawrie sign has been removed from their old box. and Only 3 Saints people on first 10 rows of Directors Box last night, more on the Brum side. Looks like hangers on have disappeared
