I think the vast majority of people on this forum have moved away from discussions about whether or not he is good enough for Premier or not, beyond a general hope that he does one day because people generally like him, admire him for his success here and his treatment when sacked. What this forum really doesn't need is a couple of tedious one-note trolls forever desperate to remind us how poor they think he is. Six month ago he wouldn't have put Leicester in there, and they could still conceivably have a terrible second half the season - in the same way that Newcastle or Sunderland under Sam could chug up to tenth or eleventh, as could Villa under someone other than Sherwood. The strange thing is Lou, that wasn't actually the sexist bit. Genuinely I think that was a harmless, if not hilarious throwaway one liner. The bit you should be getting animated about came after that when he said "the man who runs retail operations is called [XX] he's stood at the back but I won't point him out as you'll be after him". That is the point at which I cringed and thought he clearly wouldn't be saying this if it was a man. At best, clumsy.
