Sounds like they thought they would give Hasenhuttl until the WC break before the season had even started. Despite the terrible results and us being 90th in the country. Everyone and his dog also knew that Hasenhuttl wasnt liked by many of the players and still did nothing.

This will head down the road of making sure the fans are behind the players et all which is something i agree with during the game. What happened at Palace was ridiculous and counter productive. Likewise why wasnt Hasenhuttl sacked at the end of 2021-2022 season, when it was nine defeats in the last twelve and yet again over 60 goals conceded. It was clear to every level headed fan that Hasenhuttl was 'done'. He had lost interest and was chasing the money for retirement (his words). I think he needs some realism at his age and that he wont see 1st team squad inclusions like he has done here, elsewhere. He signed a pre contract last July and now reaching his 17th birthday has allegedly turned it down.
