i dont think MLT on the board will make a lot of difference to the size of the crowd but i think that his managerial decision will make a difference.....get the right name and the crowds will rise,go for the cheap option and they will fall. people want to have confidence that the pinnacle/mlt group will spend the money,especially after last years cutbacks and getting a decent name as manager will show they mean business and are not just bumbling by on the cheap with their fingers crossed that something good will happen.

they are all corrupt and prejudiced towards one group or social standing so why not vote for the bnp? its about time this countrys politics got a kick in the b0ll0x.

Tbh I think we have got more things to worry about than a load of corrupt,lying ****ers who can't watch a tv.

A mate of mine is a qpr fan and he says that ecclestone has a long term plan for the club,they want the club to be able to stand on it's own two feet but with financial backup if needed.they want it to be a gradual process and don't want to go down the Chelsea route. Personally I think they should invest for promotion on a quicker scale and then use the money to sustain premiership longevity.

we dont need to spend more than our rival teams but we do need to buy better players than them.we have a decent squad of players who were'nt good enough for the championship but they may turn out to be a class act in L1....who knows? most importantly we need a manager who can get the squad of players playing some decent football that results in a good return of points,something that i dont think you will get with the majority of the managers mentioned on the 'new manager poll' thread,we need to think above and fight above our weight if we are to achieve anything this season.

i would like to see alex fergusons lad given a go,he seems to be doing good things at the moment,but i suspect pinnacle will pull a name out of the hat that would bring the crowds back,somebody that will bring a bit of respect back to this club.

Get used to it,the only times I can remember saints getting any real attention is when we won the cup in 76,When strachan was manager and when brucie took a bung. You have to accept that virtually nobody outside of the so postcode is interested in us.

that is probably because the 'manu' brand is a worldwide licence to print money, whereas the 'saints' brand only interests a few yocals covered in pig sh1t :-)

It is a good rule and I would be p1ssed off if it happened to us but who's to say that another football club is a more important creditor than somebody else or even the tax man? If you are in administration like the league have stated then all of our assets should be given over to the administrator to dish out fairly. They can't say you are in admin but we will decide who gets paid first and when.

Either we are in admin or not. If we are in admin then notts county are a creditor and should wait in line for the scraps thrown to them like all the other people we owe money to,taking our 10 point deduction. Or We are not in admin,we pay our debt to county and there is no deduction in points The league can't have it both ways.

As the pinnacle lot are the potential buyers they would have a say in their sale or not,otherwise it would belike buying a pair of shoes and then the cashier taking the nice shiny buckles off when you get to the till. If the sales go through then pinnacle must have a plan to replace them after being in contact with the new manager.

Tbf a monkey would be p1ssed off being compared to a human. Racism,wether you like it or not is part of everyday life across the world,always has been and always will be. No amount of ad campaigns or crusades will make the slightest bit of difference,it will always be present even if only in peoples thoughts. Wars are being fought on a daily basis because of race and as long as black,White, yellow or whatever colour peope exist on this planet there will always be differences of opinion.
