Clement is a good shout, no baggage, no expectation, no allegiance to the establishment and a modern coach. I think Gary Monk should be on the short list as well, his team plays good football, certainly ahead of Southgate, Harry or Fat Sam. A Clement/Monk double act would be the best we could muster IMHO.

In the 2nd book "Tales", it quite interesting where he meets an agent who has the job description for a manager position at a South Coast Club. It certainly sounds like a gig at Saints.
