I tend to agree with that, At the end of the day that is what the judge is holding this hearing for. Does the CVA stand up to inspection & the questions that are being asked. The rhetoric they came out with at the end should be meaningless to the judge. He should be making a decision based on the facts. The worst FACT for Poorsmouth is with the revelation that they have had 11-million of the Parachute money already, & will have 22-million withheld for football creditors, he should then be asking himself how the hell are they going to service the CVA?? Just doesn't add up! But then I'm not using one of AA's calculators.

So how about this for a menu for tomorrow?? A little TOAST for Breakfast, then a light lunch of grilled sardines on TOAST, a couple of glasses of bubbly mid afternoon & raise a TOAST to the Mann. Followed of by a hearty helping of Well grilled SKATE over an open fire whilst listening to the concert from Montserrat Caballe MMmmm mouth watering!

Nice glass of bubbly on ice for tomorrow, Hope the fat lady is getting her vocal chords ready for 3pm-ish.

What happened to all the other buyers he had lined up just waiting for the off?? ............Oh I forgot Comical Andy is a complete lying Bast**d. And Chainrai's puppet on a string.

So its down to the Judge to back the CVA not decide if its legal or not, I thought that was his brief here?? Pure and simple they have been cheating for the last 4-years & are continuing to try to cheat people out of moneys owed. That seems like a pretty pathetic closing statement, The judge is not interested if its a doomsday scenario, only interested in the facts of the case. Pull the plug me-lord CHEATING BAST***S!

LMFAO at some of the deluded comments on the News feed, the best one is lets not pay our taxes in protest . Seems like the poopey lawyers are doing a better job at destroying the CVA than HMRC's lawyers.

Talk about reading something into a harmless answer to a simple question? He is pretty happy to start the season with the squad he has now , but would like to bring in another 2/3 players (what manager wouldn't like to bring in 2/3 more better players) what is wrong with that? AP & NC have done a pretty nearly flawless job in the transfer market to date they have steadily improved the squad got some championship players in, also brought the best players from this division. They have said that they will not be rushed into transfer's just for the sake of it, when in another 4-weeks a whole crop of potentially better players will become available (you could read into that that they have all but tied up some impressive loans but can't reveal them yet) just a thought if your into reading between the lines??? . I fully expect another CM (maybe Carter) and at least 1 striker/winger to be added to the squad. but who knows its an exiting time & for once we go into season with some high expectation instead of full of dread for what lies ahead. Try and enjoy for a while!

It really is a pathetic sentence, these thugs went out with the intention to inflict an assault on an innocent member of the public. It wasn't accidental but a premeditated! So why oh why does a judge send out such a weak willed lilly livered message to these low life scum. Until society starts getting tough with these low life's then nothing will change.

Seems a sensible lad & would be an excellent acquisition for the the next 2/3 years minimum. He would be a real handful at this level & hopefully the Championship next year. As for the argument over wages, maybe just maybe as he's stated he wants an exciting project, sees the area as a nice place to bring up a family. He may also see us as a short term low wages, but promotion brings longer term higher wages/bonuses & sees that as a good gamble. I guess we will see if this rumour has any legs in the coming days.

Oh god Just read this and yet another one drawn into the we are hard done by brigade COMPETITION & FAIR in Poopey talk is allow them to have better players they cant afford so they can win more games. Fair competition is for your disgusting cheating club, to just for once try & abide by the rules. Play a squad you can afford, which like Saints did with the Dutch experiment means playing their youth team. Is it in new employees contracts at Poopey to come out in the press & talk complete B0LL0CKS??
-
 Have to say some excellent work this week Hutch, is Dave Lampit the new Storrie Teller how many times did Mr Teller come out with s**te like that. I can really see the High court falling over themselves to help Poopey out with a quick decision.

So far NC & AP have done some excellent business in the transfer market, with not many mistakes. I see the signing of Danny Burterfield as another good solid signing. He has higher league experience, gives us some flexibility as he can play RB & CB & could even play as holding midfielder. Would be nice to complete the squad with another quality CM need to sort out the GK position if Bart goes & being a bit greedy I'd like to see another pacey winger/forward (Antonio or Papa please). We now have an excellent 1st eleven & plenty of back up.

Surely now they will have to prove the level of debt, or is it only HMRC that have to prove their claim for 37-million against what AA says is only 24-million? Also will they be able to raise the SOA that indicated about 78-million debt which was produced a few months ago. To show that the level of debt has risen significantly from that period?
-
LOL at comical Andy HMRC should just fall into line & except it as 80% (in handy Andy's world) agree with CVA. Unfortunately HMRC don't live in Andy world but the real world, where a stroke of the pen does not alter real world debts either up or down which ever way he sees fit to reach his mythical 80%.
-
They just continue to believe that they can do what they want, & ignore the rules. The Skates are under a transfer embargo & therefore cannot bring players in. But today they announce they've agreed a season long loan for Sonko from Stoke???? At present they have 20 players, how do they think the FL will ratify this deal?? Rules what rules, but when do Poopey ever worry about rules eh they are only there for other clubs. Cheats! AA is truly a comedy legend!
-
Android never fails when he delivers his comical Andy speeches , Fictional extended debt to get a fictional CVA, then threaten HMRC with massive law suit if they appeal. As they have a fictional new buyer who has miraculously appeared when he rubbed that old lamp he found last week. Or is the new buyer Chainrai more likely. He is desperate not to go to court, as he will have to convince the judge that the extra debt he has amassed is not just a figure in the debt column a slip of the pen & is a true debt. he will also have to explain why it has almost doubled from the SOA since he took over. AA has a history of fictionally increasing debt in the high court, which will go against him should it get that far.

Absolutely spot on with that NC couldn't agree more. The bigger parachute payments just mean you've got at least 2 seasons to have a real go at getting back up before the hard decisions have to be made. The NPC seem to believe that this extra revenue will help keep clubs going, but to what end? Is this going to create a more competitive league? No! its just about protecting the PL brand. You drop down to the NPC & are now protected for 4 seasons, then if your in trouble financially its not their problem its the FL's. And not a problem they are interested in as they've long been forgotten by the media. Until a really big club gets into trouble in the PL & they can't get rid of them like Poopey then nothing will change. The money grinder will keep on turning & the money will keep going out of the game.

Would be a real blow if true! This could happen at any-time during the season, just shows that we need cover at RB. Does seem strange that he didn't play at all yesterday so gives the rumour some credence.
-
I don't think you can ever read to much into pre-season, especially the first match against decent opposition. Good report from suewhistle good to see Connolly looking lively, lets hope he can stay fit & have a good season. Martin sounds like he is coming on well. All about fitness & getting some game time for now. Lets hope that's B/S from the Charlton web site, that would be a blow if true.

I don't know what George Reader's association was with the borough Council in Lymington, but my dad was the local housing officer. He told him told my dad to get an autograph book as he new I was a budding Saints fan at the time. He was flying out late to a pre season tour with Saints. And he new that he was on the plane with the 1970 Chelsea FA cup winning team. So I got all that great Chelsea teams autographs & the Saints ones from that time too! Fabulous for a nine year old at the time. autograph book has now been passed onto my son. For that reason alone he will always be remembered fondly by me, he was a true Gentleman in every sense of the word & a true Saint

Looks good, will definitely be getting one.
