Haha! I make that 80 places below us.

Feck me, did I miss the 80's? 1992 already, wow.

http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/qpr-boss-harry-redknapp-claims-4473879#rlabs=6 He only lost weight because he had tonsillitis... and even twitchy could suck in his stomach for a photo and look okay, apparently... This is comedy gold.
-
Exactly! He had no interest at all. The team for the 2nd round game we lost against Mansfield was: Smith Matt Mills Delap Kenton Baird Cranie Folly Dyer McCann Blackstock Kenwyne Jones McGoldrick and Theo came on as subs.

Exemplary work as usual, sir!

"I keep hearing every day how good these players are and this was an opportunity for them," he said. "They knock on my door and ask when they'll get a chance. Well, they've shown me what they can do, so they shouldn't knock on my door again" League cup, sept 2005. Harry throws the youngsters to the wolves, spitefully claims that they are crap and everyone should stop pressuring him to play them. Out of of the myriad reasons to loathe that man, this one still ****es me off. What an absolute arsehole.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! That was ****ing great to watch. They were shocking. We were so much better than them and I don't even think we got into top gear. Bring on the rest of the season!! -

Spurs 1 Saints 0 - Match and Reactions Thread
Cascadia Saint replied to Batman's topic in The Saints
This, basically. I hate to say it, and I hated seeing it, but they played great. They cut straight through us throughout most of the match. They pressed like crazy, at times it seemed like they were playing on fast forward. They just didn't let us play. And they don't sing their own song. BUT. If Mane had buried that chance instead of being a complete ****ing moron and having the touch of a mayuka - we would have drawn 1-1. We'd all be breathing a sigh of relief, looking forward to the next game and looking to see how we learn from this. As we lost 1-0, we should just be looking forward to the next game and looking to see how we learn from this. COYS. -
Good. Luck. With. That.

Im embarrassed to say i forgot about Ramirez already. Probably speaks volumes. Yes for both him and Boruc though!

Football365 Says: This Saints start feels sustainable...
Cascadia Saint posted a topic in The Saints
Nice article, even takes the time to slag off Martin Samuels amongst other common sense. http://www.football365.com/f365-says/9485016/F365-Says Love this: "No Premier League side has conceded fewer shots than Southampton this season and only Manchester City have produced more tackles. While other supposedly better sides are chopping and changing personnel, Southampton can name seven ever-present players and another three who have missed only one game." -
Get in there!!!!
-
Haha!!! ****ing hilarious. So ridiculously satisfying to watch Liverpool dissolve into mediocrity. Lambert, Lallana and Lovren all out for the season with neck injuries... ...from looking up the table to second place...

Fox Sport reckon we are losers in the transfer window
Cascadia Saint replied to Black Sea Saint's topic in The Saints
I agree with that. It's never going to be as big a spectator sport - either in the stadiums or in the bars / at home as the traditional American sports. As I always say though, the people who ARE into soccer are extremely passionate about it. Some even call it football. Yes it's funny to hear the pronounciations but they really are well educated on European 'soccer'. It'll keep growing now more people have access to watching games on NBC for free, and like a couple have said it's huge with kids as a sport to play. The standard of MLS has got better in the last few years but still isn't great, but if you're a fan you're still going to watch your team. We still went to watch Saints in league one, it's not like they have an alternative over here. Seattle average a huge crowd and my own adopted Portland Timbers sell out every match in their 20,000 stadium. We don't have an NFL or a Major League Baseball team so it's actually a pretty big deal in what is a fairly small city. Fox sports though, bunch of morons. Extremely happy they don't have Premier League and F1 anymore. -
Damn! You mean I've given away the fact I don't attend games on a regular basis? Arse!

The old Marian Pahars one would work fine. Sadio Mane, Sadio etc....
