Struggling to get excited by our league campaign
Cascadia Saint replied to bender's topic in The Saints
Mid table mediocrity may not be as 'exciting' as a relegation battle, but it's not too shabby. -
Portland, Oregon. Land of beer.

Best post ever.

Now that would be a Christmas miracle!

Merry Christmas to one and most!

He scored against Barcelona don't you know? I know because every bastard commentator from every bastard game he has played in has told me so. Bastards.

Post Match Reaction: SAINTS 1-1 Manchester City

As usual, a few interesting bits in Footy 365's numbers and stats section... http://www.football365.com/f365-features/9066364/Premier-League-Numbers-And-Stats Southampton * Laurent Koscielny is the only PL centre-half to average more interceptions (3) than Dejan Lovren (2.9) this season. * Steven Davis, Lovren, Jack Cork and Jose Fonte all played more passes than any City player on Saturday. * James Ward-Prowse remains the crossing king of the PL with 43 of 113 attempts this season reaching a teammate. Manchester City * City have won just one of the last six PL games started by James Milner. * They have thrown away a massive eight points from winning positions away from home this season. * Sergio Agüero was the only City player to muster a shot on target v Southampton on Saturday. -
Dust off the jaidi-signal and shine it into the night sky. Then wait. It looks like a giant brick wall if I remember correctly.

Cracking goal dani, you ripped them a new arsehole! Bit cheeky, bet they're really bummed out now.

Sad times indeed. Cortese probably just doesn't want to go against the wishes of the paralympians TBF. Can't risk being seen as anti-disabled, not on top of the parking fees fiasco. Until they show some respect to LM, he has to maintain a united front with them.

Haha! Top marks for trying I guess. What a moron if you even slightly believe anything like that. Like most trolls and WUMs, why do you bother? Honestly interested. Do you sit back and feverishly masturbate as the bites come in? What is the rest of your life like if this is the highlight of your day? You post too often for this to be a little throwaway fun on the side, you actually put time and effort into this. Maybe you can record a WUMday uncovered for us and put it on YouTube, might have to put some clothes on and wipe down the computer screen first though. This is the difference between a WUM and a pessimistic misery guts. Alpine, for all his 'quirks', actually believes what he types. He might wind people up, me often included, but I really believe he doesn't do it TO wind people up. He's a hard man to please and has a more negative opinion than most. But it really is his opinion and he stands behind it. Nice post today on this thread too. I respect that. I know the mods just want to encourage free speech and right to opinions, but surely when a poster is as deliberately antagonistic as this obvious WUM they can see it? It's a pointless distraction from an otherwise honest thread. -

Exactly this. With bells on. Amazing effort, concentration and execution today - a really impressive performance, especially given the injuries and replacement players. It's great knowing we have that in us, but I had faith and patience anyway, something some fans need to develop. -
Saga will never get on ahead of Lambert, Rodriguez and Osvaldo. This thread is ridiculous.

4,908 from Portland. Poch's first game. Just saying….. Are we now arguing about Nelson Mandela? Surely we have still more milage in all our other previous arguments?
-
He should escape with a slap on the wrist?

Haha! Terrible times, but holy crap those two were hilarious.

I thought he was made of concrete. Guzan is dead after such a collision I assume. -
