Done 4 sways but only had 2 on my account. They're obviously not the applications in order of away games. I doubt there's any structure to the whole thing TBF

Ticket details have come through on the OS. Happy with that. Bursledon bus 2

Very lazy response. If you could be bothered to read the thread then you'd notice that his goal/assist record is not the point at all

FFS. Yes, he's been good this season. But he was rubbish on Saturday and last night. Not because of his skill level, but because of his LACK OF EFFORT AND POOR ATTITUDE. If any player in a saints shirt just gave up, stopped working for the side, started moaning at the bench to get subbed, and not even paying attention to what was going on in the game, people would get on their back. End of.

I want them to exist, I just want them to be rubbish. It would be nice just to look down on them, nearly pity them, and smash them 5-0 in the cup every now and then

There is a HUGE difference between the people who moan at Guly in general, and who moaned about Guly last night. I think some people are forgetting that. He has been immense for most of the season, but was poor at the weekend and poor last night.

However, a massive chance to see your team smash their rivals at their place should be enough reason to man up and put up with all this bull****, IMO.

Now a 5.20pm kickoff on the original date, for those who can't be arsed to follow the link

It was his attitude that was the problem. After 70 minutes, when he thought he was getting subbed but wasn't, he spent the rest of the game signalling to the bench, or with his face in his shirt, and not even watching the game. In the 2nd half his workrate was awful. He looked like he didn't want to be there. Fans will always appreciate hard work, and will get on player's backs if they're not doing their bit. Yes Guly scored and had a few good touches, but he could be so much better if he put the effort in.

We should never sing any song to the tune of Amarillo (sp?). EVER.

What the hell was up with Guly? I'm a big fan, but I thought his attitude was shocking tonight. He looked slow and lazy, few poor touches. Then when the board went up on 70(?) mins he was straight over to the sidelines, only for Lambert to be subbed, and from then on he appeared to signal to the bench a couple of times, and managed to look even less interested, moping around with his face in his shirt. Think Lallana had words with him about making himself available, shortly before he was hauled off. Really poor attitude IMO

I'm guessing a lot of people, like me, have still not received any info on coaches, times, whether they've actually received the ballot form at all etc etc Not happy

should we go all out to get nicky mayard in january ?
Jack replied to killer fan's topic in The Saints
Despite not signing a new contract with them, therefore running the risk of BC getting little or no money for him in January or the summer? -
Still nothing on my purchase history, no email, and no money taken from my bank account, although I can't tell if that amount of money has been made 'unavailable' to me. Shocking lack of communication considering how long ago the ballot ended. They know that everyone who applied has got a ticket, surely a bit of an insight as to what the f*ck is actually going on, is not that hard to provide??

I'm nervous, but I believe we'll get a good result tomorrow and then beat Donny and Blackpool, we'll be right back in form
-
JCL IMO Congrats though!!

The FLS highlights were a joke. You think we didn't get on the ball at all or have any shots? We had 55% possession away from home but didn't do enough to make the number of opportunities we've got used to making
-
Don't think we lost the midfield battle, we just didn't do much with the ball when we had it. Lack of movement and sloppy passing. Got to give it to BC though, they worked extremely hard and closed us down quickly. When things weren't working we resorted to lumping it to Lambert, who couldn't make it stick, and we weren't winning the second ball. Not blaming this for the defeat, but the ref was awful. Some strange decisions

Good performance from City. Gave us no time or space and their pace troubled us. Annoyingly a very good save from James was all he had to do. Good noise from the saints fans, very little from City till the last 10 minutes. A good **** up but a match to forget. 1 point from the 3 away games I've managed to get to this season. P*rtsmouth next to make it 4 from 4

Living in Locks Heath, there are a lot of cases of this type of thing. The mrs isn't really into football but her old man and his 4 brothers are all skates. Would be so sweet to smash them at their place after all the sh*t I got after the last game
-
So you'll never see your team do a job on their most hated rivals, just because you were too stubborn to put a bit of extra effort in. Sad really. I'm just glad I'll be saying I was there when we did a job on them, and loved it despite the old bill doing their best to ruin our day.

Don't think we've scored more than a couple, but it's not like we don't try. Frazer, chappers, cork and Morgan have all been having a go now and again. Lambert really hasn't been getting into positions to shoot from range all that often, but then again does he really need to? Maybe away from home where we don't look like scoring with every attack. 40 league goals already and 12 from Lambert will suggest we don't really need to try from range.

I think a lot of STHs wouldn't have bothered applying if they had zero or 1 away games on their customer number. Not surprised it didn't sell out. I'm hoping there are not too many left and they'll get enough ballot applications to cover the remaining tickets. I was thinking it would be easier to watch it in the pub, but could I really miss an opportunity to see us beat the skates at fratton for the first time in my generation? Not a chance.
