I think the security arrangements (bubble) were so ridiculous it put people (including me) off. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

They may give priority to those who went to Fulham this week. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Wish it was at home. Security will be a nightmare and unless we play a strong team, it's a banana skin. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Either you're incredibly naive or you think I am. In none of those years was there critical outstanding business or a national crisis. There have been clear cross-party calls for parliament to sit through September and October. The dates he's proposing stretch things as far as he can and the purpose is obvious. His justification is laughable. The one who's misbehaving and treating parliament and us with utter contempt is Johnson. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Or the election could be between those who believe in parliamentary democracy and those who have tried to pull what can only be described as a coup to bypass opposition and somehow save the Tory Party. After this blatant disrespect of parliament those responsible, and their party should never again have the trust of the British people. Just remember, Johnson lies automatically. Only last Sunday he categorically denied any plan to prorogue parliament. Three days later he does it. He claims £350m a week for the NHS - an utter falsehood. And the current election pledges will quickly be forgotten if he gets a majority. The British people would do well to realise that if he has no qualms over riding roughshod over parliament, what they'll be getting is more of the same. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

How we needed a few quick mis-hit scuffs! Our shots were too considered and cleanly hit. The keeper had time to anticipate and set himself fir the saves. Except for Long's, which of course just missed. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

It did happen as he shot. No sure if he caught the ground or his standing foot turned. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

It definitely looked ankle rather than knee. May have turned it, in which case it's a sprain - 1-3 weeks, rather than ligament tear 6+ weeks Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

It wasn't so much we were terrible but Fulham put a lot into the first half and played some decent football. But for once, we lasted better and they looked well beaten at the end Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Looked worse than that. He immediately called to the bench whilst punching the ground. Had to be helped off. [emoji3525] Obafemi though could be ok. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

I thought Danso was very good - better than Vestergaard. Mousa and Boufal had exciting moments but lacked composure at critical moments to find a pass or decent shot. Redmond ended up a bit like that too, but overall he was excellent and easily our biggest threat. We'll miss him if he's out for any length of time. Obafemi took his goal well and was decent, showing some strength. Hopefully he just had a knock. I thought Hojbjerg looked surprisingly at home at left back. No bombing up the wing, but solid. Fulham started well and we struggled to get/keep the ball. They got the bar, McCarthy made a good save and they could have been in front. But they faxed, and I was encouraged that we had more energy than them at the end. To be honest, they hardly threatened in the second half and if Ings, Redmond and Long (plus a few others) hadn't wasted one-on-one clear chances we'd have run out easy winners. It really was awful finishing. Ralph must be livid and frustrated. The pressing was brilliant, particularly when Fulham didn't learn and kept giving us the ball right in front on goal, but it's criminal that we didn't capitalise on that. Still, a reasonably comfortable win, which should have been about 4-0, and we're through. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

That team would be ripped apart in midfield and have no link from defence to attack. As Slattery and Smallbone both played last night, I have a feeling Danso will be tried at DM alongside Hojbjerg or Romeu. Then a back four of Cedric Yoshida Hoedt/Stephens (or possibly retain Vestergaard or Bednarek, who knows) Bertrand (if fit) Then Djenepo JWP/Armstrong Adams Long/Obafemi With the alternatives to come on at some stage from the bench. And Smallbone. So maybe Bertie will play and can't see much option to Hojbjerg and Romeu. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Good chances to equalise at 2-3 missed, then a keeper fumble for 2-4. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk -

N'Lundulu looks a handful. Hopeful he can develop into a strong old-fashion CF - with skill and pace. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk -

Ok! I concede! It was a brilliant pinpoint pass. Just told it as it looked to me at the time. Didn't really want to start a war. [emoji23] Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Agree it's a nice ground, albeit miles from Brighton. Both times I've visited I've had a pre-match drink in Lewes and gone by train to the ground from there - quieter than from Brighton. Very unusually, fans around me actually sat for the majority of the game and I was happy to do the same. A welcome, and very sensible gesture on a hot afternoon were the pint glasses of free tap water ready on bars after the game. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
