I disagree, there are two separate issues here. 1 - the crimes that were committed and 2 - the fact that the crimes were not acted upon or covered up. Political correctness is clearly to blame for the second point.

Oh come on Charlie, they have the military capability but no country can just carpet bomb another country out of existence and get away with it in this day and age. Israel do the maximum possible damage to the people of Gaza that they can get away with before international pressure gets too hot.
